He signed like two days into free agency. Right before Alshon Jeffrey and Calias Campbell signed this deals.

Neither one of us know if he had a deal...but the amount of his contract was a surprise at the time and considered team friendly.

Considering we are able to part ways with zero damage in two years proves that.
No one was offering him anything. Even to this day nobody has come out and said they even looked at him.

And who has offered him a deal now. Even Vet minimum? exactly

Never understand the hatred this guy gets by the fans.

He was a solid player for us, he was a team first guy which is obvious judging by his below market second contract(which I’m sure he regrets now).

He made some huge catches while he was here. Seattle in 2014 comes to mind..not to mention his two touchdown catches against the Lions in the playoffs that year. He also never made a peep last year when he fell out of favor.

He wasn’t perfect and I get why people hate the way he catches the ball but he doesn’t deserve the crap he gets from fans either.

Wasn't he also the guy who caught the TD pass from Romo after Tony pulled his Houdini against Watt?

William's was a solid player who was just another in a long line of guys who made a mistake early on and became the target of those that need a target.

So you are in favor of more useless threads? Figures.

But yeah, the interwebs are fake. So go ask a message board. That's some failure of information literacy right there.
Why did you initially respond to this "useless" thread and why do you keep responding?

Hint; it's not really about the content of the thread.

t.will had his moments. he made some good plays for us. but he seemed content being the #2 guy, never seeming to even consider challengine dez for the #1 position. not likely he'd have won that battle, but the fact he made no effort kept him from being a favorite of mine. wish him well.
Cant be a #1 if you do not have #1 talent and ability.

I think he got hurt and never came back after that.
could be he just fell out of favor with JG, so he didnt get to play, not a RKG.
He took some slants or crossing pattern catches for long td's, guess people forget those.
Also made some great sideline catches, and didnt he catch Romo's last td pass??

he should call brady, and play for minimum in NE. Brady might make him a star.

Hopefully, not driving the forklift.

I've actually just seen live footage of this:

Disagree.

Most fans wished TWill well, because he looked like someone that could be more for this club. Because indeed he made some nice grabs in big spots.

The fans turned on him not for the countless drops or disappearing acts, but because of his attitude. And then the consecutive organizational embarrassments.

These told me he had no interest in getting healthy and competing with Hurns, Gallup, Butler or whoever.

He became a bum. Plain and simple.
