I don't think anyone really wants to have a conversation with anyone who thinks of Bennett as just a blocking TE.

Well, to be honest, I think your complaint is similar to when people go out to restaurants and harass the waitress over the misalignment of a tine on a fork by three millimeters. I just don't see what the big problem is.

I Don't think you guys get it, how long can we really rely on one receiver, some of us are thinking ahead believe it or not. Bennett will help us if uitilized when auistin doesn't have the same production. I guess fans don't go that far?

Let's ask a question. Whose snaps are you going to take away to get Bennett the ball more? That's in general using the very recent avgs of total offensive snaps and the distribution of those snaps.

You don't want to take Witten's away. His first down rate and completion rate are too high. You don't want to take too many from Williams. He needs more. Unless you're going to argue we want to bench him in which case...... You certainly don't want to take Austin's away.

I'd love to see what Bennett can do with the ball thrown his way more. The solution is to have more offensive snaps per game then he'll likely see more opportunities. Assuming he's getting open.

He's been used well for first down conversions or third if you will. The only place I see where we could use him more is redzone. And the counterargument to that is Witten isn't seeing the ball there enough. If I knew why then I'd tell you. But he should get the ball over Bennett unless they're dedicating resources to remove him from the game.

It appears we are doing what we can to get him more involved in receiving passes. Until then you're going to have to be content with his involvement in the 12 packages. That's enough for the 2nd TE behind the best TE in pro football don't you think?

Witten is the best te in footballl, that doesn't ,mean we can't make the more athletic guy involved in some screens or even cross patterns. You guy act like if it is one or the other....The Patriots would be using him to thier advantage, not some blcoking te that may help out...AND yes he may be more productive than some of those 7 yard connections that tony and witten make 67% of the time.

It just seems a little too forced to be wondering about his stats when the team is winning and he is an integral part of the 2 TE formation that is having the most success.
