I voted only if we lose. The reason is, if we beat Denver, no matter how bad, people only look at that as beating a team who is made of paper. Sure, they are 3-0 on paper, but they really are not that good in reality. They fluked into a win against the only "real" team they played all season. The other two teams they played are 31 and 32 on 100% of the power poles that are published. Their QB is one bad game away from being benched, their best receiver is a bigger cry baby than TO, and Eddie Royal simply decided he would take this season off.

I think this is an easy win, but nothing to be impressed by. The Chiefs will probably give us a better game.

Pretty funny post.

Are you comfortable in Wrangler?

I have to say ..... I am a little surprised and dissapointed in some of the names in the "only if we lose" section.

Its an undefeated team we are facing ..... and there are a lot of question marks about our own team ..... and this is considered the "easy" part of our schedule.

I think this game is huge.

Oh well.
Surely you see the sarcasm in the option of "only if we lose." It is a dig at the stance the mediots (and a lot of Zoners) will take if the Cowboys are 2-2 come Sunday evening. It implies that it is indeed a big game, but if we win, it will automatically revert to just a game we were supposed to win.

That way I will know if I can feel good if we win.

:D

Honest opinion--qualitywise, I think this game is between two fringe playoff teams.

It's big in the sense that it's a game on teh schedule you'd probably budget as a W if you want to hit 10+ wins.

It's not big in the sense that a W proves Dallas is a top tier team.

Steelers probably have the biggest fan base atm. But it is ignorant for a team that has not won a playoff game in 13 years to call themselves "America's Team". More like "America's Underachiever"

The moron Adam Shein thinks , or thought it was Jacksonville now. LOL. I don't know if it were a joke.

Always hated that term "America's Team".

no I'm sure it happens to others and happened to other Cowboy QBs. But the level of stupidity that is sometimes spewed along with rather Romo and company win big games or not is what bugs me.

The same people, fans, media, whoever, that are saying he never wins big games, never wins games that are must wins, were the same people who last year said the 2nd Giants game was huge. The second Commanders came was huge. So on and so forth. But the minute those games ended, and the Cowboys won, it was then like "Oh, no, we didn't mean that was actually important or a huge game. Nah, not at all, we thought it was just a regular game. They still don't win anything."

So I just don't bother with labeling a game as big or not anymore cause it won't matter either way. The only way it's a big game is if Dallas loses. At some point, when we win a playoff game, they'll find some way to make it out like that wasn't really all that big a win either, just another routine one, and the focus will then switch to something else. It is what it is I suppose.

1. Pittsburgh's fan base is large, but is not nearly as large as Dallas'.
2. It is not intelligent to state that the most popular National Football League isn't "America's Team".
3. Dallas has underachieved, but the franchise's popularity has not waned. In fact, it has grown.
