The one thing you did actually post from caselaw showed that there could be exceptions. You have no analysis regarding that same case bringing up fundamental fairness as a standard beyond a blanket dismissal. A six game suspension for aomething that could not be proven a year ago. Some od the alleged events occured before the combine.....when he was not a member of the NFL..

They have the audacity to make it six games knowing that he doean't deserve it bit just so they can look benevolent when they reduce it to four.

The timing......the lapse in between....the circumstances.....this reeks of collusion and conspiracy.

There is no way they can gey away with even one game, this is politics and they are making us the sacrificial lambs.

Here is a legitimate question....if you had MILLIONS of dollars on the table in endorsement deals, salary, etc. Would you take a Poly to clear your name if you didn't do what you are being accused of?
