I wish they would have put Jabril Cox in on the last drive, when it was clearly a pass, pass, pass situation. He needs to see the field more.
LVE has a role, and it is certainly good to rest him during garbage time. However, put in #14!!!

Yes, many of us saw him on a special teams play, I believe it was a punt return that he downed. It actually was at that moment that I thought... why isn't he playing as a coverage linebacker in coverage situations???

We have so much talent on defense!!

Ranching... PM me if you can. I'd like to know... (without the animosity that goes with typical posts) why Jabril isn't put into the defense as an extra coverage guy to replace the slower LVE. Since some here have said that you have coached the LB position... I sincerely want to know. You've previously said that Jabril is not an MLB... but... why do you need an MLB during pass plays? Even though you've pointed out that LVE is smart to the point of predicting the running plays... More coverage guys are better for the 2 minute drill, right? And for the pure fact that the Cowboys had the win secured... why not allow for additional experience to a talented LB, who needs to see more reps?

I just don’t understand the urgency from some to make sure cox plays right now….he is the future hopefully but the defense has been playing very good and lve has been lining them up. Cox will get his time sooner than later
