Not to sound like I'm questioning the hire, but what on his resume makes him ready to coach a whole team? Just haven't heard much about his time as a coach. Don't recall seeing/hearing about Tampa's offense beyond Brady, Gronk, Evans, and Bryant's antics.

Good for Leftwich, finally getting his chance to be HC, hopefully they give him an honest real shot of about 4 or 5 years. Jags need a lot of work from the ground up. Lawrence is in for some more hard knocks though.
