Coaching Resume

Year/Team/Position/Regular Season/Postseason
2021 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator 13-4-0 1-1
2020 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator 11-5-0 4-0
2019 Tampa Bay Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator 7-9-0 0-0
2018 Arizona Cardinals Interim Offensive Coordinator 2-7-0 0-0
2018 Arizona Cardinals Quarterbacks Coach 1-6-0 0-0
2017 Arizona Cardinals Quarterbacks Coach 8-8-0 0-0
2016 Arizona Cardinals Coaching Intern 7-8-1 0-0

Not overly impressive but it is arguably better than Jason Garrett's when Jones formally anointed him.

In fairness McVay resume was not overly impressive 9-7 in Tampa bay, then Florida Tuskers in 2009 and then WFT 2010 to 2014 before being name the Rams HC

Jags gm wants a inexperienced coach he can control.
:hammer:....Trent Baalke is a jerkoff. This is bound to blow up. Jags should have cleaned house. Now....you got this mess....on a slow simmer. Just give it time before Lawrence asks for a trade.

Why are you showing team records when he was a QB coach and offensive coordinator? How were the QBs and where did his offenses rank?

Wonder if this pushes Brady retirement talk further . Can’t imagine he wants a new OC . Now the Saints went 9-8 without Brees, I could see the Bucs 7-10 without # 12 without Gronk Lefwich ….Arian’s might pull a Sean Payton last guy out shut the lights

Very true!! Sean McVay and Kyle Shannan were elevated after RGIII Play-off season at WFT. They did a masterful job coaching and play designs

That seems like a nice fit to work with a young QB with huge expectations. Of course, I thought Urban was a great hire too, so w+f do I know.
No one saw Urban literally having a mental breakdown play out . No one.

I read this this morning. Said they hit a snag and it might not happen now…..crazy.

it shouldn't......GM and the new coach not trusting each other out the gate is a disaster waiting to happen.

Good for Byron, well deserved.
Too bad though they did not take Moore off our hands, and one less team to do so.

Interesting theory.
Once the NFL puts a team in London, it will be the further downfall of the NFL.

I see them moving to St' Louis though as a possibility, it will be mandated by the NFL to get a team back there. However, you may be correct, they have London on the radar for some dumb reason. $$$$ is the only reason.
Though travel will be a hard thing to do.

Good for him. Hope the jags give him nore than one season to turn it around
It is realistically going to take several years to dig the Jags out of the dumpster. It took years to put them there.
