Hurts has a pass for life with some people. I have always seen him as a fraud. A. J. Brown, made him a household name. That us why Brown gets in his behind on the sidelines.

AJ has been taken out of the last several games, and my bet he is like a ticking time bomb right now....little bit of sideline hijinx and controversy would be nice
AJ Brown blowing up at Hurts on the sidelines is probably a part of the reason why Hurts passes up easier throws to Devonta Smith to try and force it to AJ Brown. He doesn't want Brown going off on him. Eagles fans were okay with his antics because at those times the Eagles were finding ways to escape to win, due to other teams hurting themselves with mistakes. Now that other teams aren't hurting themselves with mistakes anymore. The Eagles aren't escaping with anymore wins and between Hurts ignoring his other WRs to force the ball to AJ and AJ Brown being ready to snap off at Hurts anytime he doesn't get the ball, the Eagles are a few losses away from completely imploding in the locker room.

Also him always looking for the big play, proves that he can't stand in the pocket and pick apart a defense on a consistent basis.

Coordinators have caught up to the scheme they ran last year and Hurts hasn't been able to adjust since.

If last year turns out to be an anomaly and this is the real Hurts, woo boy, that contract is gonna be a total franchise crusher.

And before anyone brings up Wentz, and Philly moving on, Hurts contract was structured differently, I believe, and they backloaded the hell out of it with dummy/void years, etc.

There is something going on in that man's head that's not good. You can see it in his demeanor.

I don't care what new-age, aloof, meditation/stoicism technique he's into...it ain't working. And is certainly not helping to inspire the team he's supposed to be leading.
Do you prefer daks "demeanor" against bills?

We should be concerned with what's going on at The Star during the week.

Think many are using their Eagles hate in this discussion. Yes, Hurts hasn't played as well this season, but he still is a very hard QB to play against. He is a legitimate dual threat QB who has been playing on a bum knee since the Jets game. Has won several close games against top competition with a defense that is one of the worst in the entire league.

+1......Not to mention he had a bug last night. Of course, we have no idea who but I'm pretty sure he's frustrated with a few teammate's effort and/or preparation. No one should question his leadership.......

Eagles won 8 games by single digits. The law of averages is catching up with them.

Plus, Hurts threw that bone headed bomb when all he needed was 12 years. Man, he was staring down his receiver like they were at a club.

Remember last year when Dak had 15 INT’s for the entire year, and the sky fell?

There's a reason Jalen Hurts lost his starting job at Alabama to Tua Tagovailoa and ended up transferring to Oklahoma. Tua is a passer and Jalen is a lumbering runner. Always has been, always will be.
Stop....the Dolphins were ready to give Tua away before Cheta got there. He changes their entire offense. The best example I can give you is back in the 90s.......Dante Culpepper playing with Randy Moss. He was an All-Pro but w/o him, was average at best.

2021 I would say he was a little below average and this year he is just bad. So unless he proves otherwise last season does seem like a fluke. He can only rely on his legs so much as he gets older. And there is a difference between a mobile QB who will look to pick apart a defense with his arm most of the time, while extending plays with his legs every now and then. And a QB who has to always rely on his legs or a certain style of offense because of not being able to pick apart a defense from the pocket.

This is why Cam Newton isn't in the NFL anymore and isn't getting offers to be signed to any team. While Flacco is getting another chance in his career.

He does not like to go through progressions. When he gets in a tight spot (a lot of times his own doing), he chucks it down the field without giving much thought to defenders. Not working so well this season. I could see them losing a couple more games. They are in free fall.
I agree totally. He looks at his first read, then scrambles and has no plan. Brett Favre used to master that, but Hurts looks lost. Occasionally, he extends the play and makes something happen, but more often then not it results in a negative play.
I do think the scheduling gods are on their side, however, and they could pull it together and win out and win the division.
For them, getting that 2 seed is big, as it gives them potentially 2 home playoff games.
They are beat up right now, but if they could win out and get the 2 seed, and get healthy, they could still make some noise.
But last night was a tough test, and they failed.
It looked like they were going to dominate early, ready to get a first down on the tush push inside the 4, already up 7-0, but Kelce got caught trying to move the ball forward. I was so glad they called that. I saw it right away, he moved the ball like a half yard forward before the snap, and the official caught him.

Dallas has their issues, but if Philly drops any more games left they're not legit contenders in my eyes.
Hurts is terrible without being an efficient runner.

AJ Brown showing his true colors. Basically blaming Jalen Hurts to cover for himself. Doesn't matter what a team is going through, it's a bad look for a WR to be doing this to his QB on tiwtter.

I don't think he's defending Tua here. I think it's more an indictment on Hurts
