Making a trade is easy, getting what you want in return is hard.

And the reality is that RB's don't have trade value. I don't think we really have a feasible out with Zeke until 2023 when his dead money is greatly reduced.

And we've got a whole host of other problems outside Zeke. Severely weakened OL, porous defense, etc.

Please get rid of Elliott, so this could be generational back’s career won’t be wasted, especially with the Dak-stans now yapping about how Dak shouldn’t sign here and walk, with all ‘his wasted talent’.

Then we can see defenses laugh while Dak runs a league-leading play action attempts with Pollard in the back, to pass block for Dak as well. We’ll see how many safeties even dare to bite or how often they go 8 in the box...

There is probably a reason why Dak parties with Zeke all off-season, just like he buddied up with Dalton when he was signed. It reminds me of how Garrett used to latch into Romo in the off-season, only to disappear once Dak was given the starting job and this franchise completed its descent into mediocrity.

not only that what would you get in return? Zeke is a good RB, but if we had drafted ramsey instead of Zeke....where would we be. and if jones played hardball, let zeke sit and then come in for the last 10 games...and then let him walk, we would have gotten a 3rd round pick in comp picks in all probability....

RBs are easy to find....yeah zeke maybe special...but RBs are easy to find....you don't need super special RB to be successful
I see that you have forgot about Randall and the year when they couldn’t find a decent RB.

The year DMC was 4th in the league in rushing with one of the worst passing attacks in football? We were top 5 in yards rushing per attempt and had the 9th most rushing yards despite being 18th in number of attempts? That's not a good year to try and claim we needed a top RB. The running game wasn't the problem that year, the passing game was.

Imagine listening to an NBA head talk about football :laugh::laugh:
Exactly didn't even run the video. The same ppl crying about Dak not having time to throw should be against trading Zeke.

Zeke is more than a RB, but sure trade him and start a whole new rebuild. Good luck with this FO.

Typical Jerry Jones mis-management.

Pick a RB at #4 in the draft. Overpay him two years early.

Just to prove that Jerry's a football maverick. 25 years and counting.

Well, do you disagree? If so, what points do you disagree with? He does make a compelling case IMO.

There are good RB's that come out every year so chances teams are going to give up a player or draft pick to get the highest paid RB who's had fumbling issues this season and hasn't lit the world on fire rushing is pretty low.

maybe zeke is tired of being held back by stat prescott. 2016 was good because of his running and short passes by stat. Then we went away from that so stat could be a brady.. lmao like he's a brady.

smh stat prescott is killing zeke.

first off his contract is not tradable this season.. you want more from EE use him lie a true bell cow RB as he doesnt need to be on the field nearly 90% of the offensive snaps..quality over quantity is key..KM is a lot to blame..

all the flack EE is getting is on KM and MM hes on the field over 20% more mostly as blocker and some as a pass catcher however his numbers are down because that point and the fact the OL is bad and the play calling is pass happy..

EE is nto FB but hes being worn out blocking like one.. thats an expensive FB bud, and if fans and media cant see this he was on the field in the past at most 67% in years past and now its almost 90% the dude never get a a breather, i cant imagine all the pass blocking hes doing has on his shoulder and arms..its sad use of talent like Zeke.. never comes out and blamed for the stat decline..

Ive said this in two separate post on KM, he does not know how to integrate a true run game into his pass happy play calling and when zekes is needed dude being worn out.,. teams now a days using 2 and sometime 3 Rbs plus a FB or mix of sorts.. Zeke nearly on the field ALL GAME used like FB far too often..

anyone blaming zeke looking only at stats are serious troll haters...go look up the stats the actual snaps hes on the field as blocker or decoy chipping and running ghost routes, its by far and away more then any other back and im betting any skill payer on offense around the league.its insane.

they need to wake up use pollard more but pollard blocking is sun par and will get Dak killed , so a FB is need IMHO, zeke needs to be fresher and not sure how they cant see this..
Blueblood.....you called it.....but KM has immunity for some reason on the sidelines and on this board.

That Trent Richardson trade a few years back probably selaed the deal on trading for running backs, that was a disaster
