We used a trade and the draft to solidify our roster as we should.

Will be able to talk Dez and Tyron's contracts still.

Believe me, getting Allen helps Ware a lot and both these future HOF's would push eachother.

Yes. The biggest problem with this defense has been no pressure at all. If ware comes back healthy, we really need more dt help than defensive end help. But either way, we need somebody to rush the passer.

I would'nt do it, not sure Dallas can even afford to pay him at this point. With the Cap issues this team is facing they need to depend on the draft even more now.

That's just bad timing I suppose, but the deadline is tomorrow, and we really need to go after Allen I think. Vikings would so do this, in the boards I frequent of them (I am a huge Twins fan) they are wanting to unload him, and a 3rd would do it.

They're also suggesting two first-rounders for A.P. That is tempting but with the way we have been drafting lately, I'd prefer rookies perhaps, though AP in Dallas would be sick, he is after all, the best runner today and arguably the best in the post-Barry and pos-Emmitt generation. That is a good deal for a contending team, we are not a real contending team. with a 2014 cap number of 31mil over, we should be sellers right now not buyers. This team is going NO WHERE.

Other than Denver what game did we actually just take the out shoot our opponents offensively approach?

Our defense has done much of the scoring or at least setting it up.

We're getting in front of our opponents but are not closing because our pass rush is weak and teams have time to go deep down the field when they pass.

Had a huge Viking's fan at work tell me Jared Allen was getting out played by a 4th round rookie tackle from the Packers - David Bakhtiari.

He was basically shut out by that rookie LT.

I'm just thinking we are 8 points away from being 7-1, and Jared Allen perhaps could have made an 8 point difference if he was here. We have 8 games left, and some of them - if not all - are going to be very close. We need to get better to come out on top in those close games.
