We all know Tony's mantra, which is to get better, a process in which everyone on the team improves continuously: Better today than yesterday, better tomorrow than today, better next week, better next month, and better next year, especially by February 6th in Houston. Dak being a rookie, he really needs to get better, and he has two games vs. Detroit and at Philly to improve enough to win two playoff games and a Super Bowl, something we haven't done in over two decades.

The best defensive football minds in the world are watching Dak and the offense every week, looking for every little flaw in their play so it can be exploited on game day. The Boys need to plug those flaws on the fly throughout the season, and have to get better every week to keep ahead of the curve.

That means Dak and his offense need every snap they can get in the next two weeks. He needs all of the advice and feedback he can get from Tony and the coaches, immersing himself in game film as always while the rest of the team does their job and gets better around him. It's crunch time. We're going for the gold this year, and how good we have to be to win this Lombardi is how good we need to get.

I'm a skeptic by nature, but I'm feeling really good about our chances right now. Real good. The Lombardi is right there waiting for us, and every member of the Cowboys organization is doing what needs to be done to reach out and grab it.

Are you sure? They may not want to start a QB controversy right before the playoffs as they know full well how effectively Romo can run this offense. In others words, if Romo plays, the Lions are going to get eviscerated.

Wow. I think it's more like they don't want an asset to prove his fragility by assuming yet another major injury, his fourth in two years.

It would be absolutly ridiculous if Romo did not get in the games the next 2 weeks. Supposedly he's our back up who hasn't had any real game experience in over a year. Besides, he's healthy.....WTH, is Romo royalty? jeeze
Isn't that usually true of all backups when the starting QB is healthy? Backups with far less career experience as former starters often get few snaps when going into the playoffs.

Do you think The Lions, Giants, Seahawks, Falcons, Buccaneers, and Packers are thinking "we need to sit [Stafford, Manning, Wilson, Ryan, Winston, Rogers] so our backup can knock the rust off in case we need him in the playoffs?"

Our backup QB has more experience to lean on than any of their backups. Only Cowboys fans insist on these silly conversations. Romo will not see the field vs Detroit unless it's a blowout or injury. He may see the fourth quarter vs Philly, but if it's a close game, he may not.

so it's silly to talk Romo getting playing time at some point in the next 2 meaningless games to only follow that sentence with conditions you find it acceptable to play Romo in these 2 games.....makes sense
