You are nothing more than a hypocrite with your own behavior so save the crybaby tears for when Dak loses in the playoffs again.

The coach has something to do with how they build the roster. It's a night and day dfifference from how they operated under Garrett. No stupid trade ups, no ridiculous trades concerning high end picks, free agency hasn't been complete garbage.. Jerry didn't just miraculously figure things out. A coach who knows what he's doing and has a legit plan helps tremendously.
Those bad draft decisions and trade decisions are all on the GM.

How many coaches does the team have to go through before the realization is made that coaching is not the problem?

I think that roster issues under Garrett are a widely held misconception that wasn’t accurate.
We can debate the talent levels, but there is no debate about the dead money. That's a measurable fact.

WHY IS IT THAT EVERY TIME WE HAVE A VS THREAD, IT ENDS UP BEING MEMBER VS MEMBER INSTEAD OF THE INTENDED TOPIC?

KNOCK IT THE HELL OFF IF YOU WANT TO PLAY DRAFT TONIGHT!!!
Must be the beer but couldn't figure out what a "VS thread" was....took me a minute....damn hops and malts.

It's not all on the GM without the evaluation of the roster from the coach and a long term plan which didn't exist before. Jerry didn't just suddenly figure things out the day McCarthy got here. That's a big coincidence considering the GM had the previous decade to build a roster with Jason Garrett. Coaching and preparation go into a quality team. It's not just a GM pulling the trigger on every decision.

Garrett was most certainly a problem. It's the realization that he had no resume for the position or business being hired in the first place besides nepotism.

I'm not going to lie. I thought Garrett earned the opportunity after taking over for Wade. He took a team that was complete trash and won a few games. I was willing to give him a chance. Then he proceeded to basically do nothing and if it weren't for Romo, Garrett would have been exiled from the NFL after his 3rd 8-8 season. Romo basically bought Garrett extra time, and lots of it. How many games were there where the game plan was not working only to have Tony just call it himself in the 3rd and 4th quarter? It was nearly weekly in some of those years.

And this is coming from someone who used to have a "Turnover Tony" sig pic. There was a time when I didn't like his carelessness with the ball. He corrected it and saved Garrett's *** for nearly the entirety of Garrett's coaching stint in Dallas.

Garrett was never destined to be the next Landry no matter how many posters bought into that nonsense. McCarthy isn't great, but he's a hell of a lot better than Garrett could ever be. If McCarthy was fired after this next year, there'd be a team that would want him. Garrett is now relegated to creepy Zuckerberg smiles on SNF or whatever show he's on.
