Couldn't they still find a specialist? It's not like it's a secret play. They run it multiple times a game and I'm sure at the collegiate level this is being practiced.

Maybe, but no other team in the league has been able to replicate it. Being able to get the snap off, while firing off the ball with the speed, power, and crazy low pad level Kelce did is a very rare ability. I'd be shocked if it were close to the same success rate without Kelce.
