Jason Witten would be the worst possible hire

Dak would be happy and Gruden has been on record many times over the years saying he'd LOVE to coach Dak and loves him. This hire would have our fans excited I think. I don't view him as the run of the mill retread. Hes a unique dude all his own. I agree with you 1000%

Yes, Witten as a position coach way down the road, but as a HC? There are 100 better, far more experienced, more deserving coaches from the NFL and college ranks.
The ridiculous thinking that Witten, now HC at the world-renowned ... Liberty Christian prep school in Argyle, ;) has him going from school-age football to the NFL. Where else in this world besides Yoda's does tha happen?

This organization has sucked for so long because it refuses to think outside the box like other NFL teams are doing. Time for a radical change and that change should start with Jason Witten as the new HC of the Dallas Cowboys................

Highschool coach....ok,Jerry :facepalm: What does Witten bring to the table? Is he an offensive NFL McVay offensive genius? Is he a great defensive former coordinator? What does he bring-please explain this crazy option....Fanboy hires are crazy!!! Just don't do it :thumbdown:
