A bad situation all around, but Rat was always a good guy and a tremendous asset for the team. Unfortunately the rigors of the game caught up to him and he may never play again. I hope he does but that injury is scary bad.

Who was the guy (Buc?) who had *both* sides rip off the pelvis, and came back to have a cup of coffee with us?

Brian Price, but I think that situation was a little different, even judging by what the agent is claiming.

Rat was a good one, but some of you people have very selective memory. He wasn't THAT good. Settle down.

ratliff is 3rd on that list. i can't even take you seriously when you put russell maryland up there wow.

Pretty much we're paying about 17mil for two players that won't play for us this season. Ouch!

Holy Crap How'd I forget about him?

It's too soon right now, but if he keeps playing like he has been Hatcher could go on that list as well.

If Hatcher doesn't make it to the Pro Bowl this year, it'd be a crime.

If he wasn't such a bonehead in his youth, Lett could have been the 3rd best DT to ever wear the star.

He's just young and maybe did not get to see those other players.

Lets be honest. Jay was never gonna play for Dallas after that confrontation in locker room with Jerry. Some said at the time but many of us didn't want to believe it.

lets' be honest, you have NO idea if this is true or not, you just want to believe it so you can get an "i told you so" in.

me? they just put big $ in him and i doubt seriously they were gonna cut him then w/o seeing if they can get some of their investment back. but hey, go be extreme. it's all the rage.

Possibly.

He probably just looked up Maryland's "Stats" not knowing the true impact he had on that defense.

Another example of stats not telling the whole truth.
