Video: Jaylon Smith Interview

Jaylon will never be 100 percent, but at probably the best he is ever going to be maybe 75 percent, playing behind a horrific DL last season didnt help him in any way.
Maybe a 75 percent jaylon behind an improved DL this season he can be serviceable.

I’m not a hater. I just hate that he sucks.

In other news. A lot of reporters are saying Micah Parsons is looking extremely impressive in camp.

Tick tock, tick tock

Sure...stand by. I will get us reference material.
He hasn't suddenly lost instincts. Protecting the injured leg causes him trouble with his natural ability.
Okay here's the play I am talking about: 0:35 mark: he jumps and hobbles around on the OTHER leg. ODD!

It's honestly baffling to me how people can't see something is wrong there.

In this next video...there are several instances of Jaylon hobbling around. It's a mix of poor effort and protecting the leg. He won't plant, can't turn, won't get a head of steam going.
People say "well he had a lot of tackles". But watch them closely...are they the brutal tackles a star NFL linebacker makes? They are kind of half-arsed in my opinion.

0:45 - imbalanced - won;t run hard
2:57 - He isn't "surprised"- he won't plant and go because of protecting the leg.
3:25 - Just won't run hard and sort of locks into his blocker. (You can see this often - kind like...The Sled o_O )
among others.

This man should not be cornerstone NFL linebacker. Probably shouldn't even be on the field.

Parsons is working with the 2’s.

he’s not going to replace LVE or Jaylon this year.

he has to earn his helmet star also.

So many hater fans. I am sure the players and team do not read or listen to your daily crap spewed out.

the Jaylon haters gotta hate those stats too.

until I see a slide in LB production, they can hate all they want.

Jaylon stays.

Leads the team in tackles.

The writing seems to be on the wall for Jaylon Smith being on this team after 2021.

It's not hate to say what's going on.

It's very dangerous to play when favoring a body part like that.

Jaylon Smith would be an ever greater success story in the NFL if he just stayed humble, accepted his place as an average LB, and didn't have this cancerous culture mindset. To come back and play after what most thought was the end of his football career is a great story however no one really cares about that due to his attitude.

Jaylon is the prime example of the cancerous culture that needs to be gone from the locker room so that we slowly rebuild an actual football organization. However, Jaylon is that prime example of the toxicity that is the Jerry Jones entertainment mindset.

304 solo tackles

498 combo tackles

20 tackles for loss

15 QB hits

9 sacks

2 INTs

1 TD

1 Pro Bowl

I’m good with Jaylons attitude.

Stats are meaningless without context behind them. He constantly fills the wrong gap and makes tackles 5+ yards down the field.

Pro bowl is garbage nowadays. Means nothing besides a popularity contest. Also, didn't someone step down or get hurt so Jaylon got the nod?

If you can't see he's the face of the cancer culture in Dallas I don't know what to tell you
