It was so far beyond worth the risk it's not funny!!! He will start next year and be the best LB in football within 3-4 years, mark it down!

I find it comical that posters are behind this pick now, but they would have rioted if you told them that Smith would be the second round pick the day before the draft. He was not even in the conversation as the second round pick. A few posters said they would take a chance on him with a late round pick, but nobody had expectations of him playing this season. Now they are starting a countdown with the hopes that an inch a month is going to happen.
Too many needs to take that risk. That's why bad teams stay bad. What would NE, GB, Pitt do if they had the 4th?
If they'd taken Lynch in the 2nd everybody would be talking about what a great pick he was...... except he wouldn't see the field this year either. What's the hurry?
Elliot is for now; Smith is for later....

So as a fan you not allowed to criticize a decision. Hell I love my son but he makes bonehead decisions all the time. Does that mean I can trade up for a new one?

Chris Jones, Noah Spence, Reggie Ragland, Myles Jack, Hell Hunter Henry would of been Romo friendly.

it's the degree and then will come the dasy Smith is a great LB and you'll say thats great but
Myles Jack is limited in practice
If he is already doing resistance bands training on the field aren't we out of the woods on the nerve damage aspect of the injury?

I think an inch a month is great...all my wife gets!
He is? Funny, last I heard he just wrapped up classes at UCLA on the 10th, which had kept him from participating in any workouts until this coming Monday.
I'm sure by "limited in practice", you meant "banned from participating under NFL rules because he was still finishing classes", but what do those details matter when it's about the agenda.
Was not worth the risk.
