How original. Actually I'm shocked that it took 27 posts before someone decided to pull this ancient artifact out. Very creative!

Maybe McFlabb watched " Any Given Sunday" too many times and thought he was "Steamin" Willie Beamon

Oh he is "steamin" alright. A steaming pile of crap.

I have tried to like McNabb. But if this quote is accurate, then I just lost what little respect I have for him left.

How weird... Smashmouth24 disappeared right after my post (#19). Crazy coincidence, huh?

If I remember correctly, his Syracuse Orangemen played the Sooners in Norman one year, and he was hurling regularly, kinda like "Old Faithful". I thought it was just the heat, but maybe he is just a pansy!

It was one of the guttsiest and dramatic performances of the decade in college football in the nineties. Coach Pasqualoni, yes our coach P, did not have Syracuse conditioned to play in the climate change that Norman represented that day. The whole team was barfing and cramping from the heat and humidity that their training staff was unprepared for.

McNabb put the team on his back and played like a man possessed that day and yet came up a little short. It was a courageous performance of the first order.

I was there, you either weren't or are making up selective history to suit your incorrect point. Donovan was a warrior.

That's just ******** for McScab to say those things, from a philosophical stand point. T.O. had a MONSTER superbowl to that point, why would you not go to him at the end, he was on fire, and why would you think he couldn't last thru the whole game, he gave no indication, that I remember, he couldn't. In their mind, the rest of the Eagles and the coaching staff were playing not to lose, T.O. was playing to win that game. I don't like T.O. but GET REAL McPuke.

That's like the Bulls not giving Jordan the ball at the end of a finals game when they need a bucket.

Shocking too that this Cowboy philanthrapist would surface only to quip no connection to the topic at hand. I think I'll ignore any flaming clashes with him until he learns to post to the point; and not point at the poster.

Good day to you.

The beat it!

If you think you're gonna walk in here, with your back-handed, excuse-making comments and nobody is going to call you on it - think again!

Your QB is a thin-skinned, spineless fraud who attempts to blame others for his own shortcomings!

If you don't like the fact that the rest of thw NFL knows it, too bad.

Save the excuses for the Eagles board, nobody else believes it or wants to hear it!

You must have amnesia!

Do you know who I am? By some I'm considered the enemy, an opponent fan, a vistor, and many other names that I'm sure you know what they are. So, you're right, there is "no way" that I could possibly (as you say) walk in here (you probably mean ..."the Zone;" of which I've always respected) without knowing that I'd get blasted by posts like yours. You're joking right?!

The good news is that there are those here who can see that I'm just an NFL football enthusiast who happens to be an Eagle fan.

PT, whats going to happen to McNabb this year? You lost a key WR from your weak WR core.

I certainly know who you are. The uninformed Eagles apologist who thinks he's cute making backhanded attacks of the Cowboys under the 'guise' of a "football fan".

Sorry - don't see any. Just see some people who tolerate a clueless charity-case.

Ah, here it is. When all else fails (like usual), try to pick out a typo to divert attention from the fact that you're getting schooled yet again.

How's Ryan Fowler working out for the Eagles again?

How about getting back on-topic.

The subject being your gutless quarterback once again trying to blame someone else for his own shortcomings.

Thoughts?

You insulted my intelligence on a different thread, but this appears to be a legitimate question.

It's going to be interesting to look into the Eagles offense in 2007. While Stallworth is no longer an Eagle, we have a couple of very tall, ideal sized WRs with good hads that were acquisitioned during the off season. Coupled with the fact that Hall and Westbrook will create an awesome ground attack.

I'm actually very enthusiastic about our recently acquired "big backs" and their potential. The only remaining element is health/rehab and McNabb. Looking at the Eagles MB, I'm reading that our new Qb could be a sleeper.

Overall, I think we'll be ready to contend for another shot at the NFC Title. BTW, taking into consideration that games are won and lost at the line of scrimmage ...I won't even speak about our DL.

The Eagles will show up.

May I in-turn ask ...you lost "the Tuna" ...how do you think that will impact the COwboys?

Is there any need to allow this nonsense to continue?

Respond or get out of the thread, PT.

With the conversion to Phillips more aggressive defense, the impact on the Cowboys will be more sacks of McNabb. After Ware and Spencer will have chased him for three straight quarters, McNabb should be puking by the start of the 4th quarter... of both games. How's that? :)
