Jerry admits he needs to change, so where's the change?

So you think 2008 was karma for his hubris after 2007?

I am not mocking, I am sincerely asking.

I believe you create your own karma through bad decisions. It is clear that 13 wins made him believe "we are back" and he did it his way. His decision to approach camp like a spectacular probably did not help either as it got the team thinking just like he did. The bitter pill of the Giants loss did not last very long and we really had no jump-off point. We all said it was Super Bowl or bust but I think it was more expected than being an actual goal. The prognosticators threw gasoline on the fire by proclaiming this the best team in football and you had a perfect storm.

If that was karma, so be it.

regardless if they are the GM/owner, GM/Head Coach or GM/Waterboy... with that than we can see how Jerry the GM measures up...and whether Jerry the GM is benefiting from Jerry the owner....

No, because there are only two who have this kind of model in place. Jones and Al Davis.

As far as I know, there is not another owner/partner who wears anything close to a general manager hat. It makes no sense to compare what he does as a general manager to any one of the 30 others who carry the title.

Thank you for the first civil response I've had in what I consider a witch hunt exercise.

Where there's smoke, there's fire...so to speak.

That was almost funny. I hear you got fired. Is that true?
I was laid off, yes. I haven't collected one cent of Unemployment, am making all my payments, not broke, and am buying a business. It sucks that I have actually had some success in my life to fall back on.

Wait a minute. Are you buying a business or do you own one? I'm confused.

Success? Do you still drive a pickup truck with a standard transmission?

Buying it. I had a killer down payment.

That is excellent that you waited this long to start a business. I would hope you would have the money for a "killer down payment."

It isn't the first business I have owned. Thanks for your concern. Sorry your attempted jabs struck air.

Yet you were somehow in the position of getting laid off by someone else.

Sounds fishy!

I own a business. Need a job?

With all the snowbirds, Tucson is greying fast. You should have bought a rest home, or a Denny's.

I'll be here all day. Some people are intimidated by you. I'm not.
