Given the absurdity of his premise there is nothing to worry about. He's just postulating the ridiculous.

I just call Cowboys "fans" clueless if they don't love having Dak as the Cowboys QB.

The probability of the Cowboys drafting and developing a better QB is extremely low.

Even if the Cowboys could draft and develop a better QB, it would take too long.

This team is built to win sooner rather than later.

It would be idiotic to build up a talented roster and then let the QB go and attempt to develop another one.

Quality experienced QBs are rarely available and the ones that have been over the years, most often had a limited window of being good.

If a team does not draft one, then they can sign a Nick Foles or Cousins type or trade for Garoppolo and that's not something that's available every year.
- It might seem like the 49ers got a deal giving up a 2nd for Garoppolo, but they had to take a huge risk given him a 27.5M contract when he was far less proven than Dak.

Fans have 2 options:

#1. Announce to the world that they are an idiot by proclaiming the Cowboys should NOT sign Dak.

#2. Avoid doing #1 above.

Or they can love Jerry and all is forgivens...
