His words and statements are insights into his thoughts and psyche. Given that he is the GM, they are not necessarily irrelevant at all. Some may be irrelevant, but they most certainly are not all irrelevant. This is just logic.

Can't you see, the players are at fault for not maximizing on the vast amount of talent i have assembled. It's the coaches fault for not taking advantage of this once in a generation team i put together. If the players and the coaches could get their heads out of their rear-ends, everyone would see how great of a GM i really am!!!!!
