And I’m fine with paying that price. This team has wasted 1st round picks for far less impact than I feel a great offensive and defensive coach pairing would bring.
I also feel that Payton would greatly prefer the Dallas job over any others.
Do you believe Sean is willing to give up some control he’d have in other venues ?And I’m fine with paying that price. This team has wasted 1st round picks for far less impact than I feel a great offensive and defensive coach pairing would bring.

You must know Payton is not an upgrade over McCarthy. Right? And I’m fine with paying that price. This team has wasted 1st round picks for far less impact than I feel a great offensive and defensive coach pairing would bring.

To me the bigger argument is Sean wiling to give up total control and work in this dysfunctional environment? You must know Payton is not an upgrade over McCarthy. Right?
That should soothe any fears.
12-5, hater.Well Big Mike certainly has this team clicking,,, you know that clicking sound your car makes when the battery is dead, that kind of clicking.
I can certainly respect a different perspective.I'm not. I like Payton but with Drew Brees at QB he like McCarthy won 1 SB. I don't think Payton is that big of a difference maker. Certainly not willing to give up 1st and likely more than just a 1st.
I think he knows the Joneses very well and would be comfortable with the arrangement. And I think the pros of the roster and scouting department outweigh the cons. That’s my opinion anyway.Do you believe Sean is willing to give up some control he’d have in other venues ?
In my opinion he is. And the combination of Payton coaching offense and Fangio coaching the defense is better than McCarthy and whoever ultimately replaces Quinn. You must know Payton is not an upgrade over McCarthy. Right?
