Before you laugh, keep in mind Jerry has the ears of 31 other owners and GM around the league. So it's not a reach to think he would know Garret's value around the league.

True, I’m sure they’d say anything to keep that buffoon in place.

I’m trying to imagine what his options would realistically be. Hc is laughable, so would someone actually want to bring him on as OC to install his booty outdated trash? Qb coach ?

I'm not a Garret supporter. Quite the opposite... I've wanted him gone for years. See, there's a right way of doing things, a wrong way of doing things and a Jerry way of doing things... The problem lies with the "Jerry way of doing things".
I knew you weren't a Garrett supporter but there comes a time when a team stops believing in their coach and it looks an allot like this is happening to me. Think about it for a second, if the team keeps losing games like this, and burying their heads in the sand Jerry Jones is going to be backed into a corner without a choice in the matter but do what is right. The history of Jason Garrett's coaching eventually will be the deciding factor, when you look at his failures in big moments it no longer becomes worth the risk of keeping him around, especially when the fans and media have rebelled.

The fans calling for Garrett's head remind me of a common criticism of Jerry when he was handing out bad contracts- Jerry falls in love with the players.

The fans who are all over Garrett seem to think this team is, "talented enough to win a SB." They've fallen in love with the players and think Garrett is holding them back. What if it's the opposite? What if these players have been developed to the point they've convinced you guys they're better than they are?

Dak is the perfect example of this. He came in not touted and has had a lot of success. Some seem to think it's in spite of Garrett but reality is he's put Dak in the position to have this success. They've taken an obviously flawed QB and convinced a significant number of fans that he's the next big deal.
Yea yea yea. This roster has been turned over three times since Garrett took over and you guys are still blaming players. No more excuses, get him the **** out of here.

Non story, especially coming from JJ.

If an accomplished, championship winning coach had said this then I’d be annoyed.

Another bashing Garrett thread in disguise. The Lynch Mob marches on.

That whole interview with Jerry was a painful listen. It’s be nice if they asked Jerry’s opinion on the numerous teams that have called us out for being basic and predictable on both sides of the ball instead of these cupcake questions.

Lmao. I never agreed with this line of thinking but I’m there now. We aren’t winning until Jerry dies. Seriously

What else is Jerry supposed to say at this point. Stephen and Jerry will say all the right things for the rest of the season but it doesn't matter. Garrett is done!

Just sit back and enjoy the comedy show for the rest of the year because it's gonna be hilarious watching them try to defend him and spin it each week

Is it any wonder that a moron that overvalues himself as a GM would also overvalue worthless coaches and also mediocre players?

What if Garrett becomes the next Bellichek in a different organization where he is not hamstrung by owner. He took rookies to top seed in 2016. Best coaching job on Dallas sidelines after a long time.
