Jason Garrett will lay a nice foundation and give your team some structure but you have to know when he has taken a team as far as he can take them and the Cowboys haven’t figured that out over a decade into this thing..

Yep and once you recognize your team has that structure you have to be smart enough to identify when that is and get rid of him then and there regardless of the success because he is so bad on Sunday's that you will just be spinning your wheels regardless of the quality of talent on the field.

Garrett is not going anywhere. Neither is Dak. Both are going to be here for a very long time. Wishing Jerry to go meet his maker won't change that since Stephen (heir apparent) feels the same way.
