I think being surrounded by players that bent him over in negotiations is a source of his bitterness. Zach, Dak, CeeDee, Zeke, Lawrence and more. Add to that fact that he is surrounded by staff and family that tell him he’s great, continues his decent into “get off my lawn guy”.

Now we have the full immersion experience that Raiders fans had when Al Davis version 1.0 was nearing the end.
Yep, and that's one of the main reasons he has to employ a pro. Jerry, still lives in the world where loyalty means something.....I get the impression that he gave Dak the generous first contract with NTC / FT (remembering he was coming off the injury), with a view to Dak negotiating a sensible/career ending contract in return.
Nah Jerry, those days are gone.

This Team is 25(?) Million under the Cap. Dak and CD were going to get their money, if Jerry would have settled earlier it may have been a little less. But they waited until the Market set it for them, instead of settling that mess and getting on with business. I'm still pissed they didn't even try to address the RB situation (i.e Henry) who wanted to come to dallas.

'Jerry you said at the senior bowl the two things you were most focused on improving were your run game and your run defense. Why has there been so much statistical regression'

Jerry spins to signing Dak and CeeDee and then has the gall to say that is a good definition of "All In". That doesn't improve the team, idiot. That's status quo for a team that has been embarrassed in the games that matter for years now. The brain (and I use that word recklessly with the Jones Boyz) trust of this team is just so incompetent and destroys any chance of this team having success

It’s what he does and why they tiptoe. He knows he can threaten to take his circus to another station
His decision to take his ball and go home after the Ticket held his feet to the fire cost him radio revenue and ratings as the Fan has never been as big as the Ticket. If he leaves the fan for his pettiness he will lose even more as there are no other big sports stations. He will have to move it to a non sports station that will never get the ratings of the dedicated sports stations.

If all of the local media sticks together then Jerry will have to deal with these questions, or stop being the public face of the franchise and remove all media access. I'm not so sure the NFL would let him remove all media access.

Any chances at the league meetings, the owners will vote for Jerry to sell the team? Because of the embarrassment team he fielded this season.
Embarrassment to the Dallas fans and to the NFL.

You could see this defensiveness when being interviewed immediately after the blowout on Sunday when he asked a reporter, “Do you think I’m an idiot?”

He feels like an idiot and knows everyone is rightfully blaming him for this mess of a roster. He can’t handle the heat that comes with accountability. Like all dictators and narcissists, he wants to be surrounded by sycophants and ego hyping “yes-men”.

What did the reporter ask?
And did the reporter answer YES to Jerry that he is an idiot.

But then would have been barred from any Cowboys facility.

This is going to snowball on the old coot and I am getting my popcorn ready. The media may have been sycophants for years but even a lap dog will turn on you when you mistreat them for too long. They are all going to Rally around these radio hosts and they are starting to already. I hope Jerry is ready for the dung storm that has been long overdue in his pathetic life

He’s regretting that contract lol
He regrets the financial investment he puts into any top-tier contract but not the contracts themselves. He thinks the players are more than good enough but will never respect the amount devoted in retaining 'superstar' players.

100% chances, unless they have any definitive dirt on him that would 'tarnish the Shield'. The rest understand Jerry Jones would automatically sue if they only tried to bully him out of the league. And Jones has a good track record with lawsuits against the NFL.

he makes the league money, so why would they ever do that. Maybe he comes clean and tells them he's not been the best owner he could be, he's been lying to the fans etc etc, THEN I could see this happening, and then would I file a lawsuit against them and i'd request emotional damages, and repayment for all the games and merch I've spent over the years lol

Jerry has the best instincts in football. He's right about this one. Too bad he doesn't heed his own advice.

Bad publicity can cost the league revenue. Even Jones' money train would not save him if he did something reprehensible enough for the other owners to want him gone.

The man has a 250 million dollar super yacht. He could stock that sucker with supplies to last for months.

He should set sail and soon. The danger is too great to stick around. THE DANGER!!!
