Its dead and buried. It was hard to bury the corpse when it was still alive.
Looks like he has a bad hangover
Because you're suddenly at the center of the spotlight of the top story in the NFL. CBS has tons of people to fill in for a few weeks while you watch your EMPLOYEE play for the Cowboys. Imagine getting to cover an inter-conference game with your colleague quarterbacking in the most watched game of the season?
That's the greatest ratings bonanza imaginable.
lol! No.Are you kidding? The return of the prodigal son, to grab the reins and save the season.
That is a Hollywood script.
Say it with me.
Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!
Tony had plenty of chances for the movie ending, it's not in his cards. From pressbox to SB MVP.....it's magical, movie like.
Now wake up and smell the coffee folks....that ship has sailed .
If no one is interested in Romo there's only two reasons I can imagine since his appearance in Philly displayed how he can still play.
One , his injuries are worse than anyone has described . Two, he asking too much in a contract.
I felt initially there might have been some interest if Romo was a Free Agent but retaining Romo holding out for some compensation thwarted any interest since it was well known our intent on releasing him eventually which I believe drove Romo to making the TV deal and retirement.
Why in the world would he come back in that case? By the time he's in football shape the season will be over. The chances anything happens in mini or training camp is very slim.If they ask Romo to come back, the Titanic will already be sinking it not like they are going to call him because we aren't on an 11 game win streak, I don't think he will come back any ways, if something happen during mini camps or training camp all bets are off

I can see the first interception DAK throws the camera pans across networks to Tony's CBS booth.
That's bad.
Keep protecting the ball then, Dak.
Tony isn't coming back, though he is working out with a core trainer 3-4 times a week....I think that's just his log term health though.
