Ease up a little, fivetwos. Jerry is the owner, figurehead GM and media spokesperson. If Jerry is asked a question he will answer it. I doubt this is making McCarthy's job more difficult. If anything this also credits the coaching staff for helping Dak elevate his game and overall game planning more effectively. Jerry is one of the grandpas of the NFL.

In the playoffs, it truly is more a team effort that determines wins and losses. Now if Dak just craps the bed and chokes with the pressure of it being the playoffs while the rest of the team does their part to try to win, I will be the first to say Dak doesn't deserve another extension and for sure not another overpaid contract.

It's a team effort and it's not like Dak has never performed well in a playoff game before, he absolutely has.
