Jerry Jones on Romo

Hope Sanchez falls on his face, .. or better put after THE fumble, .. his butt this week.

Carolina will fail to show up, and we'll be subject to another week of Sanchez The Great from the media.

You'll see.

Montana/Young .. Favre/Rodgers .. Manning/Luck

I said in an earlier post, we need to start looking right now.

Manning/Luck obviously doesnt count. Montana/Young was 25 years ago. So basically two qb.s have been groomed in the last quarter century?

I trust the coaches because they clearly made the right decision on Weeden after seeing him in practice everyday

They made the decision any other HC would have made given the fact the starting QB went down. Yes they see him at practice do you? He played poorly in the game, he played well when called on in the Washington game.

In the NFL it is an extreme luxury and luck that allows a team to have two high caliber starting QBs on their roster. Young/Montana/Bono, no one expected young to be as good as he was, Bono was serviceable. Rodgers/Favre until Rodgers got on the field, people knew he was good college QB but something GMs say mad his stock plummet in the draft. Brady was pure luck same as Romo. Most College QBs taken int he first round are usually boom or bust players with an emphasis on bust, Luck is the best of the most recent bunch drafted followed by Newton beyond that most have seen limited action or are JAGs

I think next year will be Tony's last year. I'm sure he's tiring of all these injury issues.

Jerry is 72, he may not be around to count on Tony for that long.

Who made the decision to go into the season with Weeden as the back up to a 30+ year old QB with 2 back surgeries ?

Once again, no accountability

"The coaches HAD to go with him because he was the back up"

Well, why was he the back up?

And if the coaches couldn't tell how bad he was going to be "after watching him practice daily " then i guess watching players in practice daily should not be used as a crutch when talking to fans who question some coaching decisions

Yeah because there are a boat load of QB out there just waiting. Maybe they forgot the 1-800 -QB phone number BP would talk about. lol Accountability? God you are truly a joke. lol
We get it you hate the coaches you hate Jerry and you only open your mouth when they have an issue during 6-1 stretch you pretty much had nothing to offer.
