You mean after Hardy became a Cowboy.

And I am not making the outrageous statements that you did ....... I say we don't know what happened ....... You were sure of his guilt just like after he became a cowboy you are sure of his innocence.

You are just trying to stir a pot that won't get stirred. I have made myself aware of the facts and learned my initial opinion was wrong. You say we don't know what happen and I say you have no clue what happen and I have a very good idea. I'm happy with how things turned out and will be so glad to see the Kraken come back and be a part of this team.

The threads got deleted but a bunch of us read the articles back in January before he was even declared a FA. A bunch of us (BKnight, Stasheroo, XWalker, me, etc) have said the same thing about Hardy being innocent since then.

Threads don't get deleted. Just like Marty McFly you have to go back in time but they are there.

I am not denying that maybe he was ...... but I guarantee that if Jason Witten or Demarcus Ware was accused of this and not convicted ....... they would fight any suspension that was coming.

I do not buy the whole he is trying to be politically correct ........ if he did nothing wrong he should be screaming it to the heavens.

Pretty unfair for you to use his decision not to fight the suspension to imply he must be guilty.
There are numerous reasons why he may have decided not to challenge it.
#1 Just because recent suspensions were over turned, there was no guarantee his would have been. It had already been reduced by 6 games. He may have felt or been advised that was the best he was going to get
#2. He may not have wanted to dredge all of this up again. Maybe he felt it was time to move on,and the possible gain of 2 or 4 more games played weren't going through it all again
#3 His guilt or innocence of the original charges wouldn't have been what he would have been challenging had he pursued it anyway. Only that the NFL didnt have the right to punish him as it did.
#4 And most importantly. Even if he had won and had the suspension completely lifted. It would still not change the minds of those who feel he was guilty. Nothing will ever change that for some. He may feel it's best to just not worry about public opinion and move on with his life. If he is innocent. I'm sure those that are most important to him personally already know that. And those are probably the only folks he cares about.
