He really doesn't care what he reveals. When he was asked about his style of GMing years ago, he smiled and proudly said he doesn't watch film of players. Why do you think he made a point of that? Do you think any GM in the NFL would boast of that to his owner? The message was clear. He can do that job better than anyone doing it full time and putting in the necessary work to accomplish the goals.
He always wanted a NFL team but until he got one and benefitted from a professional building his team and turning it into the black in short time, he didn't really understand the real magic.
