This is about as dumb a comment as when JJ talked about Quinn being a HC while MM is still on the clock.

There is zero chance Rush starts over Dak bc the salary cap reality is what it is. Therefore— all this comment does is publicly undermine the QB you paid 160 million to last year.

I think this is JJ “musing” and planting the idea so that Dak doesn’t get comfortable— but right now, Dak’s confidence is shot.

He needs some loyalty from the FO and if anyone should be feeling pressure it should be Kellen Moore: “Fix our 40 million dollar QB!! Yesterday!! And if that means you scrap your cutesy offense to call plays he can execute then you better damn well do it!!”

He needs to come back slowly.

Unless he's still practicing like he played against Tampa bay. Then he doesn't need to come back at all. I would rather put the number three guy in.
Yeah but if they rush him back, they get to shut down any chance of Rush stringing together a long win streak and they can blame any poor play on his hand. They'll say "he's battling."

Jerry’s number one goal is to keep his team in the media spotlight, no matter how detrimental the comments are to the team. Tomorrow you will see every debate show start off with this topic.

Problem is there is an excuse for everything. Posters will claim Dak is audibling out of the preferred Moore play. If Moore is giving Dak two options each signal(Run or Pass) they will claim Dak is choosing the worst of the two plays given based on his inability to read or manipulate the defense.

Jerry regrets that Dak contract so much.
Jerry has already told us why he makes comments like this.

Tomorrow morning. Every single talking head will have this as the headline. Keeps the Cowboys in the headlines.

This is the same Jerry that wants to feature Zeke over Pollard even though Pollard is the more efficient back. Why? He doesnt want to see 90 million sucking wind and relaxing on the sideline. You think he is going to want to see Prescott eating pretzels on the sideline bringing in 1.3 million dollar game checks? LOL.

My point still stands...both Dak and Moore have excuses that none of us will ever be able to confirm whom is more at fault.

Moore claims Dak has poor judgement. Dak claims hes running what Moore sends in.
