Jerry to fans who don't believe in this front office

I'll be honest with you. His response here makes me seriously reevaluate my stance.

I never thought about swinging picks with arthritis and that's on me.

Well...I can tell you from experience....swinging a pick is overrated.

Speaking of the 49er gold rush perspective - the gold rush only lasted 9 years. There's no way in hell Jerry has been 'swinging that pick' for 30 years straight. At what point will he finally come to the realization that his 'persistence' and his way of thinking isn't working?

The only thing he has been persistent with is screwing up the entire franchise for 3 decades.

Maybe the Jones family should ditch the football prospecting and buy a mine somewhere far, far away.

He can afford to buy one on Mars. When he gets on the rocket to head out there we need to make sure NASA only gives him enough fuel for a one way trip

Times change as technology evolves. An effective gold miner would adopt new ideas and technology to improve their productivity. Once the miner has made enough money...say billions for example...they would hire younger, hungrier miners to do the labor. Just sayin.
