yes he has....when you are constantly in the lockeroom...on the practice field.....on the sidelines.....you lose your effectiveness. When the owner speaks....people should listen. But when the owner never shuts up...people eventually will tune him out. And so many of them have already gotten there money....threatening them with there job will do NOTHING.

Just compare the Jerry Jones and Dave Campo (HC) days with Jerry Jones and Wade Phillips days, anything look familiar?
