Jerry: Tyron and Tyler Smith suspect to play against Giants

I am starting to have the same feeling.

Using the word "suspect" instead of "expect" leaves me to believe neither will play. And considering Tyron got hurt in practice again, how likely is it he will finish the season without getting hurt yet again. Still losing Tyron is probably something they can handle. Losing Tyron and Tyler is another story.
Actually, it's 80 year old Jerry using the wrong word.

Have you not learned ... Jerry speak .... yet?
These words can be used interchangeably with him. :muttley:

Meltdown? I’ve been saying this for months. The failure to properly address the line will destroy this season…FACT.
You definitely are not wrong especially if one of the rookies doesn't show anything further. Its very odd they didn't try to find at least a serviceable swing tackle. Everyone is saying all teams have the same problem but all teams don't have the glass known as Tyron on the front 5.

We’re losing this game….I genuinely believe that.

Jerry bought a bunch of shiny toys in the off-season but failed to solidify our main weakness from last season. Pretty sure this season is going to shock some people in a bad way.
The main weakness from last season has a $27m cap hit this season. Their hands were tied with that one ;)

Wrap up the ankle, and knee brace on the hammy. shoot em up and put them on the field.

They both will play. Jerry trying to be coy. He knows what he is doing.

"It's cool, guys. Jerry knows what he's doing."

I think this would be a good point to pull the plug on this forum. We've had a nice run.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking….maybe hoping.

They kept these guys in bubble wrap all camp. How did this even happen?

replace Jerry talk "suspect" with "expected"

Or, and stick with me here. Asim Richards plays very well and though there are growing pains, solidifies lt spot and Edgoa holds his own at LG for a week or so and we still have a winning season and make the championship game

Please just sit Tyler. It would be SO STUPID to have him play and then tear it. I trust Bass or Chuma there for one game to get a healthy Tyler the following week.

Man will we ever see this line whole?

It's not just that they failed to address the weak depth on the OL, they made it worse by cutting the only viable option they had as a backup Center.
- they flat overlooked, overestimated the backup center role.

-They apparently put a lot of faith in Matt Farniok that he would take that step up , ..and apparently Farniok just was not making the evaluating grades they strongly prefer, and simply did not think he was worthy of a backup role on 53 roster.

-Problem is we have no one else to resort to in that backup role - Cross fingers on the Bass to center experiment.
