Al Davis, as bad as he is, has had his team in the Superbowl recently.

Jerry is a smart man, he isn't stupid, but he is stubburn, and that is worse.

This current group of Dallas Cowboys will never reach or win the SuperBowl with:

A. Jerry hiring and firing Players/Coaches
B. This current group of coaches
