Seriously I love JJT,but come on. Why all of the negativity towards Roy Williams. The guy has been a pro bowl WR in this league before. He said if williams can't demand double teams then teams will stack 8 in the box and neutralize our running game. What steeler WR demanded constant double teams? We had one and we still went 9-7. We've already been buried by the pundits and were still 5 months away from the season.

He must read this board because I have said that numerous times. He needs to get a little more original with his articles.

Teams will force us to pass. Count on it. I hope Coach Tecmo is up for it.

not that huge a difference between 9-7 and 8-8 guys, and we've been 9-7 3 out of the last 4 years.

I think we will do better, but it's not a crazy proclimation.

Personally, I think a lot of this falls on Romo. If he can cut his turnovers by half, this is probably an 11-5 team if not better.

JJT is a bad reporter but not a hater. He had the Cowboys going to the Superbowl during training camp last year.

And why is 8-8 a hater's prediction? I'm a fan and want to drink the Kool-Aid, but what have we seen from this team in the last part of the season which makes you think they will make a run?

I am not ready to make any predictions, but as far as I am concerned, this team could be 7-9 just as easily as they could be 13-3.

I can't see us finishing any better than 9-7 again. That might get us in the playoffs.

While I think 8-8 is a very real possibility, I doubt this very seriously, unless JJT's only inquiries were at Extremeskins.

Chris Mortenson said a lot of people around the league think that Williams can be a special player, if sufficiently motivated. That may be a backhanded compliment, but it's a far cry from thinking he can't do it at all.
