If it's Scandrick we already know that another failure is a big suspension, so nothing revealing here. Still going with Wilcox.

Will also say that being one away should be easy to avoid. You know that another one gets a suspension so have the willpower to not do it!

perhaps it should but in the meantime those are the rules for their place of employment, and must be followed.
