Everything you just said leads back to the moms decision.

The mom caused all this emotional stress for the daughter and Jerry over material gain.

But Jerry is the bad guy.
The mother sees 6B and children with cushy jobs and a fortune to inherit and the rumor is she's has cancer so I can tell you, the thinking gets a little cloudy.

I am not saying he is a bad guy, there are far worst that wouldn't have lifted a finger to help them. He is coming off as a bad guy to the public because this is getting played in the public and like you and I agree, what's 20M to this guy if she really is his daughter? make it go away quickly and forever. If 20M will do that, make it so.

Tell you the way I would feel. I am approaching 80 and I feel this is my daughter regardless of what I tell the public. If that's a four way split, the real wife and children will get a hell of a lot more than 20M. But the other thing I would do is get the paternity test so she can know, I would not want to leave this earth with that undone.

Go back a few pages and read my reasons for saying such things.

Can you give a reasonable argument of how I am being unreasonable?

Of are you just going to take little pot shots without addressing the true issue? Because thats reasonable
don't have to, if you think he's blameless that's all on you. Maybe the girl wanted to talk to the poc and he refused and she was hurt and came up with the next part who knows. do you?

From reading the court filing by her attorney, this is all about money. It even states as much in the filing. She is suing to NOT LOSE her future disbursement from the trust. Then the filing has a lot of fluff in their that IMO is clearly laying the framework for a future lawsuit for more money.
That is really sticky situation. The trust fund was set up pursuant to the agreement between her mother and Jerry. Her mother violated the NDA that was the major consideration of the agreement. Assuming that the trust was irrevocable, does the violation of the NDA make it revocable? I think it does. I see no way she gets more money and has less than a 50% chance of keeping the trust. But, she will win a paternity claim. I hope she thinks it was worth it.

How in the hell do you know what she taught her daughter?

The proof is in the puddin’. Do some research on who this mother and daughter are if you need to. But likely you will avoid that do you can continue with your blind hatred of Jerry Jones.

[quote{According to this report, the 20M was only brought up after he refused to have the paternity test....again.
And that somehow makes it OK?

Do any of us know what that girl feels like inside? We're making it all about money when we really don't have all the facts.

Exactly what more facts do you need to see? Maybe you don’t have them because you don’t want to see them?

One thing she must surely fell is that if he did not think he was her father, why would he have done what he did?

She knows her gold digging mother wasn’t paid off for nothing. Let’s not be willingly naive.

[quote{And that 3M he gave them over time, how does that compare to his legit children and what they've been given? And given is the exactly proper word because they sure as hell didn't earn those jobs. Hell, she couldn't do a worse job than the older son if she'd been given that one. At 16, she'd have probably been handing out contracts based on cute butts and been better than that clown.
So now it’s justified because Stephen sucks at his job? Sheesh!

what is doing the "Right thing," in your mind? Paying her 10 million, 20 million 100 million? A seat at he dinner table for Christmas? Birthday parties with the Jones family? A luxury box at Cowboys games?

What is the right thing?
In my mind the right thing to do is acknowledging he’s the biological father. Beyond that he can disinherit her if he chooses .

Im asking you, because you are a little more up to date with FACTS than many in here. Where/when and why did a stepdad all of the sudden start being discussed. I missed his presence in all of this.
Charlottes husband has surfaced in this somehow. It’s not clear but apparently has something to do with their divorce and why that portion is sealed.

But youre letting some lady that trapped Jerry hurt Gene.

Jerry is wrong...no doubt. But all this is way way too much punishment over a mutually agreed upon sexual encounter

what's next beating up women, sometimes they need a good beat down.

Some deserve to be checked. You cant just cause mental or physical harm to people and not have repercussions.

The system can try and tell me how to think...but I know if a woman deserves to be checked by a man or not.

Agree with that last sentence, this is not good for that image he tries to project.

However, I do wonder about the part his wife is playing in all of this? How much of this is him acquiescing out of guilt?
Gene no doubt is playing a big part in this . As you stated earlier , she’s not going to allow her swinging hubby to provide Alex a seat at the table .

Whatever Jethro has to endure thru this fiasco isn’t anything in comparison if Gene filed for divorce .

So now it’s justified because Stephen sucks at his job? Sheesh!
Let me assure you my hatred of Booger is not blind, nor did it start when he purchased the Cowboys. I have never spent a dime with this team since he bought it for my own reasons.

If this was any other man, I would feel the same. Real men step up to their responsibilities and the only thing surprising about this is it is an isolated case with him. If, it is that.

You letting him off the hook and blaming them and blaming me because I can't stand him is absurd.

I did look into the mother and daughter, or at least what has been reported, and the girl is dealing with a man that refuses to confirm he is her father and a mother with cancer. But you go ahead and think that's just normal and they're nothing but gold diggers. You have 0 idea what they feel.

Ask yourself this, why now? Why is this all coming up now with two more scheduled payments that are being put at risk?

FTWayne...I bet youre one of those people that gets livid if your neighbor steals from you...yet you proudly have a flag in your avatar.

Makes sense.

Oh...you enjoy your neighbors when they steal from you. I got it.

We do not even know if that 20M offer was really made.

What needs to be not clarified is anything from Booger's attorney, supposedly the leak on the 20M to ESPN. Damn, is everyone around Booger loose lipped?
Right .
Alex lawyer asked for Jethro’s team to provide evidence .

Daddy-O is playing he victim card. Lol

And most women would be doing the same. She is kind of the forgotten one in all this because she's had to suffer this all over again and it has to be embarrassing.

Tell ya what, I look at her and at him and conclude she has really good reasons to cheat, she has to listen to and go to bed with that old fool. I hope she's got a cabana boy and pool boy and they're not they're same boy.

Understood but the X- factor is the daughter didn’t sign off on agreement.

If it wasn’t for the potential fallout from his wife Gene I actually think doing the right thing would be commendable from Jethro .

He’s been a good provider up until now making good on his arrangement with Cindy and Alex has made the most of it excelling with honors at SMU, working in the White House and an aide to a US Congressman. Much to be proud of after the fact.

So...do we all agree...

Jerry and Cindy agree to a night of pleasure...not a night of pleasure and a future child...

Regardless if the situation was ideal to birth a child....Cindy goes through with it...

Jerry gets to be financially and emotionally(along with Gene) punished for a decision he had no say in...

We all agree this is reasonable, right?

keep typing so far, you said the girl's mama should have made her disappear, that it's okay to beat women, and you hate the American flag. you're looking pretty good.
