I absolutely despise Jordy Nelson..........from his days at KSU for what he did in 2 games against the Horns.....to his Packers days.

still, I am not happy about this injury. I hate to see these players get severe injuries, even the ones I despise.......except for when Andre Waters was a player. After the Bounty Bowl, I wanted his head on a platter.....of course I was younger and far more immature then....

Agreed, I hate injuries. That is the harsh side of the game...and some level happens to all players.

One has to wonder what the Lion's fans have to say about Dallas. I imagine it was remarkably the same as your comment after the GB loss.

As it was media fed. For the Lions and their fans it was an excuse because we all know the offensive player had a hold of the defender's face mask, which wasnt called either. In our game Dez was robbed of a spectacular catch.

The Lions game has absolutely nothing to do with Dez being robbed.

yes because they had something to do with the call

Doesnt matter. They were the beneficiaries.

Hey, for all you fans that are sympathetic to the Packers, Im sure they have a fan forum or two that you can post sympathies on. This is a Cowboys board. Which means its not pro Packers.

Dez likely wouldnt have had a chance to be robbed. The point is everyone deals with crap. The cowboys were net neutral last playoffs.

Humor for the day, WPB...in Texas, you may not have the new Mustang Cobra, but you better have a kicker' air conditioner.

I was watching the game on TV, and 5 minutes later snagged Devonte Adams in the 10th round of my fantasy draft. Now I'm trying to trade Adams and someone else to try and get Dez.

I know this is not directed at me, but....every game in the regular season counts. None of the games in the preseason do. I would rather for a player (especially a star player) suffer this type of injury in games that count than games that don't. Yes, an injury is an injury, no doubt. But it is easier (although still agonizing), psychology, to accept/understand it in a meaningful game. At least IMO. If that makes sense. :)

I understand the psychological acceptance of it happening in a real game rather than preseason. I never thought of it that way. See what happens when we have reasonable exchange of ideas :D
