All we know for certain is that this woman was at his Hotel room and then she called police.

He kept insisting that I wasn't being objective and he responded to every post I made making exscuses for Randle. I showed him at least 6 posts where I coached my responses with "allegedly" or "she said" or "it may not be true".

You get a grip. I never said that you did. You do speak of her allegations as if they were fact and you have for days now. You don't qualify that it's coming from her. You can say that i sound like an attorney but you writing like that is a rhetorical device that lawyers do use. Notice how his attorney spoke in certain declarations?

If you can't see from post #47 that I was trying to be impartial then I don't what more to say to you about it. Fuzzy called me out and I showed him were he was wrong. The mods asked us to cool it so I did.

Posters like Fuzzy and Mrtxstar are given a ton of leeway when it comes to insulting other members. When someone stands up to them it seems that they are one the told to knock it off. Spare me the "bringing shame upon the star" BS. There is a long list of players who have played for the Cowboys and have done waaaaay worse. Including several on this team now. Don't forget, there is a player the Cowboys are about to pay big money who also had several run ins with authorities. Well I'm not sure who you are calling "puritans". RJ deserves due process like anyone else. That said, I'm not his judge or executioner but we are all entitled to our opinions on the matter. When the facts sort themselves out and a legal judgment has been rendered then we can get to the "who was right or wrong". The attacks on each other for differing viewpoints is just childish. I know by now that you and I will rarely ever agree on issues but I like you for that. You have an opinion and stand by it.

I didn't attack you. If you cannot have your ideas and argument rebutted without feeling attacked then that is on you and no one else.

You claim that Randle deserves due process but you have been calling for his pink slip since this was first reported. Those two things are contradictory and you cannot have it both ways. The entire point of due process is to avoid a rush to judgment. By supporting one you are belying the other.

Ok Brent had a Dui accident killed his friend and did jail time and that was it. No other issues while he playing for us. Nor prior issues while he was playing for us. As a matter of fact he played through his his first contract with 0 issues. Dez had a pity run in with the security !!! One incident where he was arrested dealing with his mom and it was deem more personal than anything. The only issues he had off the field seem to be of the civil matter not criminal . Anyone else ???

Joseph Randle made one boneheaded mistake (not the third time getting busted for the same thing), didn't kill anyone,it was a misdemeanor, paid the fine and that was it. Then he got into some baby mama drama where he didn't even go to jail, the one charge against him was dropped. Sounds a better than or on par with what you just rationalized. You downplay Josh Brent killing a guy and Dez Bryant being in a similar situation, but act like Randle is Public Ememy #1. Why is that?
