The dude doesn't even litter. Remember that? Lol

I'm still a Romo fan. I've said this several times, I was banned at the other site by "Quickdraw" who was a Mod there, for taking up for Romo after that playoff loss to the Giants back in 2007. Yeah he didn't play his best (64.7 passer rating) game but it wasn't all his fault.

The Dak haters here blamed him for the loss against the 49ers when we all know the whole team came out flat.

Dak actually grossly outplayed his counterpart Garrappollo.

Josh Allen is legit but he damn sure ain't Mahomes. He's better than Dak though. Herbert is the guy you dudes were wrong about. And it's funny my comment about this got deleted but thus thread is up

Herbert, in a down year, has the same QB Rating as Dak thus far. Herbert is another guy I would trade Dak for in a heartbeat.

Keep that in mind next year, when we’re paying him 50 million…To win with a quarterback at that pay level, he has to be so exceptional that his ability offsets the reduction in quality of the rest of the team. Can you honestly tell me the dak is really that guy…

Money has never been the issue here in Dallas. Jerry has.

Id still trade Dak for him and not even think twice about it.

That's an easy choice for any football person...Josh was the 7th overall draft pick of his class and for gooood reason! Dak a mere 4th rounded who by gracy and mercy has exceeded all expectations. Much like Romo.

Josh Allen took his team to an AFC Champ game. He has had more playoff success than Dak.

You really shouldn't be trying to compare the two at this point.
You like Herbert and he hasn't even made the playoffs.

Herbert hasn't won anything.

This is about the point in the argument where my mother would start throwing shoes and hangers, screaming about how much she hates hearing people bicker.

In all fairness Dak is expected to perform like a top 10 QB in the league. Coming into the season there was a huge debate as to if hurts would be the starter next year or if Philly should use their draft picks to grab a new QB. The difference in celebration & criticism is about what each has accomplished in their careers. One has established that they can win in this league, the other we have just recently found that out.

Nah. Because of who Dak plays for he's held to a different and higher standard than some greats and elites unfairly, not only her but around the league

What has Herbert shown or won thats better? Again you like how he looks but yet he has not even made the playoffs....is it stats, wins. or just you like the way he looks better? has the Cowboys team been better, and you can show it?

He's good but not great, to be great you have to beat playoff teams..look at his last 5.

QB's dont win or lose games, teams do.

Cowboys have also beat plenty of playoff teams with Dak at QB. Also won a playoff game with Dak at QB. So even by your measure, hes great.

No offense, but 98% of the league and fans would trade Dak for Allen straight up.

Allen is a top 3-4 QB, while Dak is the best QB in the NFC East and top 12 QB overall.

every GM but KC's would trade straight up for Allen vs what they have...again saying Allen is great but even he cant throw the team back into every game is just stating the obvious

After the season opener for the Bills versus the Rams and their second game versus the Titans, people on this board praised Josh Allen as if he could never do any wrong barring injury.

I am just curious if after that 18 of 34 for 205, 2 pick game he lost yesterday against a team who was a double digit division underdog, I wonder if those people feel the same way about ole Josh today.

Dare I say it but what if Dak did the same against the G-Giants, Eagles or Commanders given a similar situation. By the way, why isn't Aaron Rogers not elevating the players around him? I know Tom is old as hades and he has a plethora of skins on the wall, but it seems to me he's struggling mightily. Did you see that emotional hug between him and Leftwich after they squeaked out that win yesterday? All I'm saying is, winning in the NFL on a consistent level ain't as easy as the highly sometimes biased and negative talking points some of us make on this board.

My old coach told us after we lost to a much inferior team that lucky teams can beat a good team any day...he'd rather us give our all and be lucky and win, than to be good and lose. That always stuck with me....
The Jets are 6-3 and Rodgers is working with high school talent. Strange comparison.

Every QB has bad games and some fans here are way too critical of Dak. Some of it is justified with the playoff record, but the fact remains Dak is a pretty darn good QB.

This, its crazy if the team does well its the team if they lose its Dak.....Thats not the case with any Football TEAM ever...you win and lose as a team..period

If you cant see the difference, I cant help you.

oh, sorry. that's kind of the point... I do see the difference. Josh Allen is elite and has performed at the highest levels in the highest moments. Dak isn't and hasn't. So when one has a routine off day it's not cause for concern. When the other does, it is. We need to see consistency from Dak and big games in big moments. Until then, he'll be under a microscope. That's fair.

Josh Allen has exactly 0 championships and things are starting to go sour with the injury.

Same thing can be said for Dak. Except change injury to injuries at this point and add 3 more years to the age. So where does that put us?

I do not root against any player that wears the star, but to put down someone who has accomplished more (albeit slightly) than someone on our team just because it makes us feel better about our guy is ludicrious.

Your statement really is a great example of the saying "people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones".

Now that said, I am rooting for Dak to win with us. Sure he can turn it around and do so, but so can Allen (alluding to your original statement with this part).
