it's right there in the bullet point I'm believing they're probably discussing the offensive staff who's gonna call plays who might be the new offensive coordinator maybe Mike McCarthy doesn't wanna give that up maybe that's what they're debating because if I have to live with the fact that Mike McCarthy's gonna be back I don't want him as the offensive coordinator either if I'm Jerry I'm arguing that point and then they gotta figure out who they might hire you know who's gonna be the offensive staff because I think we need a new staff offensive line codes offensive coordinator play caller all that let Mike McCarthy be the head coach again I don't want it but if I have to live with it I'm OK with that...Hmm 11 players asking for McCarthy, then if cowboys FO has gone to McCarthy what's the holdup and notice the inquiry on defense
in fairness to Jerry, didn't he just sign some 45th round pick or something to a futures contract?Wait…..the BRASS wants to know what will be different??
If Im McCarthy Im asking THEM that same question.
Every other team at least TRIES to improve the roster over the off-season.
True but McCarthy play calling is bad, his attention to small details is awful, and his discipline allowing penalties is even worseWait…..the BRASS wants to know what will be different??

Bad players often times make it very difficult to call plays successfully and typically make the most penalties. I'm sure McCarthy isnt 100% innocent in all this, but its really hard for me to judge him after Jerry basically set him up for failure this year.True but McCarthy play calling is bad, his attention to small details is awful, and his discipline allowing penalties is even worse
I for one hope he doesn't. That's never been the problem. The problem has been FO decisions that put us thin at positions. And health. It's not playcalling. It's play execution.maybe Mike McCarthy doesn't wanna give that up

I couldnt agree more. We can absolutely pick out some situations where the play calling didnt make sense, but you can do that with anyone over a 17 game season. The issues with this team isnt the play calls, its whos running the plays. Talented teams make coaches look good and bad teams make coaches look bad all the time. Overall I don't have a ton of issues with the offensive system we ran this year, I think they actually did an OK job with what they were given.I for one hope he doesn't. Exactly. I’m not a MM fan but talent is the biggest issue with this team. We have some stars but the key to being really good is more about the middle of your roster and not the top.Wait…..the BRASS wants to know what will be different??

Well you're entitled to your opinion but I'm telling you my opinion is he's a below average offensive coordinator and it is a big problem his game plans his play calling the first eight games of both the last two seasons have been about his elementary vanilla and playing type philosophy that I don't like... So you can keep jumping all over the front office I saw it differently I saw Jekyll and Hyde two years in a row it took till mid season the year before and it took losing most of your players this year for him to start getting creative start to create the run game choose the right players I mean I don't know what you been watching but you must hate Jerry an awful lot to overlook how bad Mike McCarthy's been...I for one hope he doesn't. You do realize Brian Schottenheimer is the offensive coordinator, right?Well you're entitled to your opinion but I'm telling you my opinion is he's a below average offensive coordinator and it is a big problem his game plans his play calling the first eight games of both the last two seasons have been about his elementary vanilla and playing type philosophy that I don't like...
