I thought you OWNED a motel. Man, I had a graveyard shift once in my life when I was very young. I HATED it. You have my sympathy.

LOL... actually, this is the only shift I'd even consider working in the hotel biz...

Guests ask me all the time "how can you stand working that shift??"

I tell them "well, there's two answers to that question, one serious, the other a little more playful...

The serious answer is I used to work as a golf pro, and working this shift, I can play golf any day I feel like it, and the weather's nice... the more playful answer is you almost never see a BOSS at 4 in the morning"...

Seriously, I've been doing it for goin' on 25 years now, I'm used to it... I'm generally wide awake at 3 AM, even on my days off... my schedule is so whacked that you'll find me ironing dress shirts while watching movies on DirecTV at 3 AM most every Tuesday morning...

I knew you played golf and all but didn't know you've been doing that for 25 years.

Dang! Ya learn something new everyday.

Its not just the snakes, we have 2 of the most deadly spiders as well.

God did that just to make us tough lol.

Well, I lost all of my enthusiasm for visiting Australia when I learned about the snakes... bad enough that I wind up killing 2 or 3 copperheads every summer, and have to go out and look around before I can let my dog out to do her business...

OTOH, your beer... oh, your beer... it's enough to make me wish I was still a drinking man, but diabetes put an end to that...

A lot of dough on a player that hasn't played 3-4 lb, but I say do it.
If Carolina takes Ellis and a 3rd I'm down.
Get rid of an old loudmouth player and a 3rd for a Probowler makes sense. His contract would be large though.

They might revoke his Aussie card, talkin' like that...

I'm sure even Down Under, they've heard of "the hair of the dog that bit ya"... LOL...

I live in Charlotte, NC and I have heard Peppers is not going anywhere. No mention of a Dallas deal on the radio that I have heard?

What the heck are doing working this time of night with the public?

It is when his "customers" are out. Bear works hard for his money. :laugh2:

Why, I oughta...

Actually, I don't work all that hard... it's an easy job, which is precisely why I do it... 15 years of 75 hour work weeks in the golf biz just beat me down, I ain't no Type A personality...

My house was paid for, I didn't have to make big bucks.... good thing, 'cause I don't... :D

I guess living with your parents counts as having your house paid for :laugh2:

I could care less if it in the cap.

Jerry and Stephen wouldn't do it if it would hurt the cap status so much that they couldn't pay Ware.

So if the deal is done its going to fit in the cap at which point I could care less how much he is paid.

Yeah.

Monopoly money.

Sure thing.
