Antrel and Iupati

If we're somehow able to get Antrel Rolle for the right price and draft Iupati, I will have to change my shorts.

Here's another potential Round 1 name at DE, if we go that way.

Brian Price, DT UCLA

- Measured in at 6-feet-1-inch tall and 303 pounds.

- The highly decorated defensive tackle will participate in a full workout here in Indianapolis.

- Most teams have been looking at the interior defender as a potential 43 tackle, yet surprisingly Price has already had a meeting with the 34 based Pittsburgh Steelers.

- Currently working in the off season with former Vikings’ sackmaster Keith Millard to improve his pass rush ability. When quickly asked by about how he will counter NFL linemen after initial pass rush move, Price stated he likes to use a club rip.

The same guy that wants to know if Rolle can "QB" the secondary (which is coachable) and if he can't then he wouldn't outperform Hamlin and Dallas shouldn't waste their time.

It's as if he's never seen our NT play football.

Fact is you arent going to improve at DE through free agency. You either have to make a trade or draft someone.

As far as the draft is concerned, he said the Cowboys will target every position for their first round pick except for quarterback.
We go kicker at 27 and I think Hos would blow a gasket and CZ would be in meltdown.

McShay was touting him the other day.

I am sure they will have some good things to say about him tomorrow at the combine.

I think either Spears or Hatcher is a goner.

I think they would still tender both those guys this year though.
I agree. We can always cut/trade them later but to cover ourselves they will get tendered.

Jerry just served notice, and i think it was more like saying don't be suprsied when we cut yo ***.

People always hate on jerry but he has the same mentality as all of us.

I'm just so glad that article ididnt have the word continuity in it.

Get 'em Jerry, whoever you/staff think is gonna put us over the top, im ridin with ya.

We just need a DE that can hold the POA and clog up lanes. Forget a pass rushing DE because opposing teams will just run right at them. (think Jared Allen mid season)

Wade's scheme just needs a strong, stout guy that can push the pocket so the QB can't step up and away from the rushing OLBs.

Just CHILL: Jerry Jones says players should be nervous as changes are coming but not at receiver with Roy Williams

Clarence Hill

Just talked to Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and I'm working on a full story but here are the headlines.

Jones said the Cowboys would be mistaken to think their playoff win means they are getting close to the top. He said the blowout loss to Minnesota means they have a long way to go.

So he wants them as scared, uncomfortable and nervous going into the offseason as they were last year and thus said personnel changes are coming.
He said especially look for changes on the offensive line, defensive line and possibly safety.

Of course he also all but guaranteed a starter job for receiver Roy Williams.
As far as the draft is concerned, he said the Cowboys will target every position for their first round pick except for quarterback.

I have a feeling Clarence caught Jerry coming out of the bar.

well stang if you are not smart enough to know what being QB of the secondary means then that is your problem. And DC is frankly just another wannabe hack anymore. I posted about the DE's being about what we could get - I noticed wannabe hack has no suggestions. Rat is the TOP NT in the NFL and that is more then a lot of teams have.

BOTH you gomers probably play madden - sounds like it.

You can't even type out the English language correctly. Enough said...

I'll believe it when I see it, Jerry. this is coming from the same guy who almost ruined what we had going 2 years ago by bringing in guys like Owens, Tank and Pacman. I'd also like to see what changes will happen to the players he gave big money to that don't live up to it like Barber and the Longhorn....... Hook Em!
