I believe we have our future QB with Trey Lance. Now is he going to be great , only time will tell. Let's hope he's not a choke artist like Dakota Pressed-got

Well the past two playoff losses haven't been competitive games. Yesterday was a team loss and I felt the same way last year. Defense has to either get stops or force turnovers in the playoffs and they did neither two years in a row.
What are you talking about? Dak was the biggest reason our team last to san fran in the playoffs both times lol.

I'm ready to watch Dak in a new uniform, maybe the Titans give us some picks for him. Or he can reunite with his buddy the Ewok up there in Foxboro. Make it happen Stevie.

What Cooper Rush's playoff record? What is Trey Lance's? What was Tony Romo's for that matter?

I understand Dak fails in big moments, which has been true for years. But what is it you want? Are you okay with Dallas having a few losing seasons without him? Are you okay not making the playoffs at all for a few years, maybe longer?

Look at the Giants, they drafted a QB in the first round. How's that working out for them? Look at the Commanders, they drafted RG III. They tried other QBs too, How's that working out?

Most QBs drafted in the first round fail. That is a fact. Maybe one or 2 per year wind up winners. I understand Dak's failures, but the idea that getting rid of him is possible, or fixes the problems with this team is preposterous.
We haven't won anything that has mattered in near 30 years.

Multiple teams have built a contender, blew it up, and rebuilt back into contenders in 3 years or less.

What are you afraid of losing out on?

Not to defend Dak but sadly doesn't matter who the QB was with this organization for the past 28 years, they would have a terrible playoff record just for being on this team. Look at Romo, he went 2-4 in the playoffs, if he wouldn't have got hurt he'd have the 2016 L on his record.

I am a Dak fan, and I will stand by my comment I made about him I think after the 49ers game:

He is a very good to near elite QB when everything around him is going well.

But he cannot elevate a struggling team. When things are bad around Dak, he becomes part of the problem and not the solution. He's such a difficult player to figure out. Bad QB's do not post the stats and wins Dak does. But something is missing. We can't say he choked because there wasn't even an opportunity to choke this game away, it was over too soon.

I guess I can say he just disappears. It's weird.

Asking the wrong questions or putting forth the wrong theory ALWAYS gets you the wrong answers. EVERY time.

You think because some people weren't/aren't as sold on Dak as you are they WANTED failure for out team? And they are sitting around HAPPY about it now?

The height of stupidity and arrogance. Also hypcrisy because it's dang well assured you would have done the same crowing had it worked out differently...like you did all year and still doing now, oddly.
When the he'll did I say Dak was a savior, all I did was support him...like any fan should. What can we do, trade for Mahomes. We got what we got. No amount of hate or love will change that. It's the off season now, hope you feel better. Let's see what happens

This right here. This drought includes the last five years of Troy Aikman's career.

Jerry Jones and this organization wasted Romo and Dak because even if Prescott finishes his career elsewhere it will be in an even worse situation than he's in here.

I think Dak is awesome, but I cannot defend his performance yesterday. That was terrible. And it is becoming a trend. I would explore trade options, and would refrain from a contract extension.

2-5 in the playoffs, with really only one exceptional performace is not acceptable from a Franchise QB.
Tennessee Titans come on down!

Check out the pregame thread. I told you guys we were screwed by the way Dak's eyes were looking. Like he had zoned out-not there... And I think that's his problem. In BIG games for whatever reason. He just zones out. I saw worry and fear in his eyes. Not like Love's eyes that showed confidence and determination. I still blame ole Skelector for putting out the rumor McCarthy could be fired if the game doesn't go the way Ole Skelector wants it. This team shrinks when any added pressure is put on them. I know this so why didn't Skelector?

Garret couldn't do it, Linnehan couldn't do it, Moore couldn't do it, McCarthy couldn't do it... Dak is unfixable.

I would feel bad for him if he wasn't getting all that money for teasing us year in and year out into his mess.

No....i dont feel better at all.

My point was that we are all in the dumps today....except maybe 1 or 2 not worth mentioning.

So whats done is done, as you say. Gonna be a long long off season.
