Kaepernick sits during national anthem

This is the problem with the forum and why I understand the need for moderation. You are actually too spasticated to understand my point. Just try and not be yourself for five minutes, think outside your indoctrination.

Yes, bringing up your hypocrisy that a person like Kaepernick can express his opinion, but nobody should be able to express their opinions in rebuttal is 'the problem with the forum.'

It's not my fault that your statement was extremely hypocritical.

And I don't think anybody is being 'spasticated' about Kaepernick. They are pointing out that he's nothing but a grandstanding con artist that really doesn't care about the oppression of black people...he just whored out the country (which includes black people) so he could garner attention for himself.

Nobody is calling for him to be executed or booted from the league. What they do want to know is how a man who was raised by two white parents, was a star collegiate football player and is making millions of dollars a year...is oppressed. And they want to know why he hasn't moved out of the country if he feels so oppressed by it.

Hey, guys. This is one of those instances where race and the NFL overlap. It's natural that posts are going to skirt forum guidelines regarding racial sensitivity and limiting political discussion when this happens. Unfortunately, when the line gets crossed, posts get removed and some benching get handed out as a consequence. That means some good interesting thoughts inevitably get deleted because of something a post contains or because they were in response to a post that contained something that was removed. That happens sometimes and is unavoidable.

I'm leaving the thread open for the time being because it's an important NFL topic, but please take care relative to the guidelines. And consider this the one and only warning re: the forum guidelines and take care not to cross them.

There certainly are better ways to make a point. Perhaps he should place more concentration on his career that is slipping through the cracks each passing day.

Oh, and nice haircut.

I've read that some think it's a publicly stunt to get released.

1. Seems like an odd way to try to get released. Not all owners are conservative guys, but if you are looking for a second chance, try not to bring baggage with you.
2. Not saying SF doesn't have American pride, but they are left leaning/political protest area. IMO there would be more outrage in a more conservative based area than SF.

You are either delusional or a liar. My point was some guy sitting down during some song is freedom, you twist that into you own agenda because of your flag humping indoctrinated logic. Again just try and not be yourself for five minutes see that what you said was twisting my words because this subject just boils your water, settle down.

I'm not twisting your words.

You said that 'real freedom' is when somebody doesn't stand during a 'song' and nobody gives a crap about it.

That's not 'real freedom.'

Kaepernick is allowed to sit during the National Anthem and people are allowed to give a crap about it. That is 'real freedom.'

It's not my fault that you made a hypocritical statement. Freedom isn't a one way street in this country that serves to protect just the people, like Kaepernick, that have disdain towards this country.

Completely twisted my words even worked in a pathetic **** reference.

Yeah you're never gonna get it because you don't want to. You just want to be outraged in your little sand box. He's probably gonna get cut, hope he ends up in Dallas just to enjoy the fit you will pitch and the the closest racists tip their hands. Good times.

Nobody twisted your words. You just didn't understand the hypocrisy of your own statement. You got called out on it and instead of manning up and giving a mea culpa, you claimed that your words were taken out of context.

Apologizing for somebody that disrespects our country while condemning those that are critical of that person and claiming that isn't 'real freedom' is hypocritical. And if you want to pick Kaepernick as your hill to die on...good luck with that.
