I have to admit Chase Daniel is going to be a very good player in the NFL. He reminds me of Drew Brees but tougher, and more intangibles.

I don't think so. He is not built to be an NFL QB. He is much to small.

Says he is 6'0 but he would be in lifts to be 5'11.

Well if he is indeed 5'11" then it will be awful tough, but most sites have him at 6'. Also even though he is small height wise, he is built very well. He can take some punishment from the defenders.

Pat Haden wants to fight you...

Those same sites have Todd Reesing at 6'0 and he's barely 5'8-5'9.

chase daniel had one of the best games at qb i've ever seen..

Kansas is making it very interesting in late 4th quarter. With some luck with an on-side kick, anything could happen.

if kansas recovers this kick..................they will win.

Those two misses field goals are the difference now. Ouch.

That wasn't all that good on-side kick. Missouri can now just run the clock out.

I dont hate either of the teams...I hate the style of play

maybe Daniels gets a shot in the nfl at a camp someplace, I have no idea...I do know that probably 99% of QB's from this style of play never pan out

David

Yeah, especially one like Chase Daniels, ala Drew Brees. That guy sucks in NFL now

I didn't watch the whole game, how did Talib play?

Meh, OU is easily the best team in the Big 12. They'd have won the league and been in contention for the MNC if their Qb hadn't gotten a concussion last week.

Yes, injuries are part of the game, but it's still a shame that one of the few good teams in college football lost because their QB got knocked out. (You can say the exact same thing for Oregon, too.)

This year is like musical chairs. All the top teams lose, it's just a matter of being on top when the season happens to end. Pretty poor IMO. The powers that be definitely need to wake up and implement a playoff system.

I hope this doesn't crush the chances of Kansas being in a national championship game. Will Kansas even be in the big 12 championship?
