It is so sadly predictable that he will put his team through the whole drama one more time. Pathetic.

ESPN is talking up Favre and his toughness. No mention of his cross body interception when he had 15 yards to run. Even his hobbled *** could have gotten 5-7 yards.

Interesting tidbit I heard on the post-game show.

Favre has lost his last two playoff games with his last pass being intercepted and then losing in OT.

How about that?

And he declined to be interviewed after the game and still hadn't gone to the podium 30 minutes later. The thing is...he could have run for 10 more yards when he threw that hideous pass. Terrible judgment from someone who ought to have known better.

It happen to the Patriots, they lost against the giants 2 years ago when they were running up the score against every one. Now it happened to the Vikings, so I guess they will continue being in that elite club, with the eagirls, of teams with "0" SB wins.

I was wondering the entire time why he just didn't run and pick up an extra 5-10 yards.

Maybe part of the reason was that he couldn't run very well after the hits, taping up of the ankle, etc.? Maybe he wanted to take the less painful way out and just depend on his arm, once again? In any case, what a terrible decision on his part.

Every team that does what the Vikings did to the cowboys with that last minute TD always end up losing either in the playoffs or the SB. The worst thing about this is that they end un losing a game that they should have won hands down, but karma always gets them back. So I could not have been happier with the ending of today’s NFC Championship game, the look on Favres face after the winning field goal was priceless!!! :D

GO SAINTS!!!

:starspin

It has nothing to do with karma it is Farve's MO through out his career

He's gonna come back, everyone thought when he was coming back to play for the Vikes he was gonna hurt the team. Make no mistake...he led the team to the NFC Championship game and made the Vikings as a team that much better. Sidney Rice was JAG before Favre came in and made him known.

Vikes are in the same boat as Dallas. They have all the major pieces in place to make another legitimate run for the Lombardi.

Favre had a career year with his longtime OC from his GB days and he also played a P. Manning type role because he could change plays at the LOS on pre-snap reads. Let's also put in perspective that he didn't even go to TC with the Vikes.

IMO Childress will beg Favre to come back, if they lose Favre the team will be setback and may miss their "window" to getting to the SB.

He had a receiver open on his side about 10 yards away.

His last pass for the Packers, Jets and now maybe Vikings was an INT.

Nobody was even the least bit surprised that he threw that interception. Corey Webster probably jumped out of his seat when he saw Brent toss that one across his body into the middle of the field.

Green Bay fans collectively stood up and gave the middle finger to the west. Now Minnesota, you know how it feels from the other side.

Tom Jackson doing his best apology for Brent was disgusting on ESPN. "He's never been one to shy away from the interception". No Tom, he's never been one to NOT throw the idiotic interception in a huge game.

I agree in what you are saying about Favre. The guy always ends up making a terrible mistake at the end of the season and the worst part of this is that he had no pressure on him when he threw that pick at the end of the game. But that is just Favre...

ROFLMAO at Childress and Favre! :lmao2:

This loss couldn’t have happened to a bigger pair of JAGBAGS!

Maybe they should have saved Favre’s last TD pass against Dallas for his last pass in this game. They sure could’ve used it. Instead, Favre did what he does best in the playoffs – throw the CHOKE interception.

But hey, maybe this one’s for Andy Reid too, huh? :lmao2:

“Live like a JAGBAG – die like a JAGBAG!” Isn’t that what they say?

That’s what I say. ;)

Vikings = Perrenial LOSRS (JAGBAGS United!)! :lmao2:

exactly.

he'll whine and moan then basically come back as long as he doesn't have to go through training camp.
