Favre hit the ground, Favre hit the ground, looking like fools when Favre hit the ground. Punched in the mouth, ankle turned sideways, Favre hits the ground.

There's only one way Favre's career will come to an end...

I was thinking more like:

But this loss was good in one way for him. It was so agonizing, he won't be able to decide if he wants to play again until...

... the day after training camp ends.

Just like always. :bang2:

If Favre does come back, it wont be announced until after training camp. Noway at 41 does Favre go through 2-a-days.

Minny with Tavaris Jackson = 8-8 or worse.

The Vikings lost cause they put the Ball on the Ground...
Much more catchy then Pants on the Ground.

:D

He deserved to lose just for singing that stupid song in the locker room.

A stake??? Then again, that's probably an excellent idea! We'll just need someone cunning and agile to get close enough to him. Someone he would trust... someone like Buffy! The Vampire Slayer!

nah.

Does Favre end his career with his last pass being an INT?:lmao2:
Or does he come back? Let the drama begin.

Think about this. Farve's last pass as a Packer was an interception in overtime in the NFC Championship game against the Giants. If he doesn't come back AGAIN, his last pass with the Vikings (and of his career) will be an interception against the Saints in the last 20 seconds of regulation in the NFC Championship game. OUCH!!!!!!!

He's done. Jay Glazer said every Viking player believes Brett's going to retire. Go back to your ranch, Brett. I lost all respect for him last week.

Yeah, Brett. Throw on a pair of Wranglers and sit on the couch and watch your Sears TV.

:laugh1: :lmao: :lmao2:

Couldn't have been happier the way that game turned out.

Cocky Brad Childress and egomaniac Favre being put in their place by the football gods

He'll be so incredibly sore from that beat down yesterday, he won't be healed until spring...and the rumors will begin again. I can see him missing the first 6 games on the PUP list just to come back one last time: kinda like Clemens was doing in baseball: always liked the guy until last week and his smarmy act. Throwing that late TD was garbage and I agree with this thread: the hillbilly got what he deserved.

If Porter takes the outside angle towards the sidelines instead of cutting it back in, he waltzes into the endzone. He had a blocker to the edge and that O-lineman wasn't going to catch him. Still a classic play.

Colts will destroy NO, all the Saints did was spare the Vikes the distinction of being the lone team to lose five Super Bowls.

I love it.

My dislike for Brett Fraud goes back several years.

His jerking around the Packers, Jets and Vikings didn't surprise me. He' an anus and a drama queen. I'm so sick of his act.

Brett came through like he usually does ... a game-killing, season-ending and hopefully career-ending interception.
