Lmao we wrote the exact samething at the exact same time! Nice!Like him or not, leaving would allow McCathy to succeed or not on his own. I’ll bet McCarthy is hoping he gets it.
Didn't Petersen used to coach there?

kind of a dumb move, you go to Boise and your chance of being a NFL head coach goes out of the window.
It not does prevent Moore from becoming an NFL HC.
I don’t see it that way. If I was Kellen Moore and I had the chance to be HC at a great program like Boise State, I would do it. Boise is a really good program. They can recruit the West coast well and have been a good starting platform for rising young coaches like Chris Peterson.kind of a dumb move, you go to Boise and your chance of being a NFL head coach goes out of the window.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. Boise is a great city, place to raise a family, beautiful area and a high profile football program.it kinda does, nobody is going to hire him directly from college again as a HC especially not from Boise state.

KM’s only 33. He’s not ready to be a HC in the NFL. (That wouldn’t stop Jerry from naming him as a HC of course) But also, if he does well at Boise, his NFL experience would allow to come back in the league as an experienced coach at both levels. It would be a great move for Moore’s long term career.
